How do you say `` I told you what I thought you should know ``` I want it sounds and looks like a native American speaker has written this!

From the name I would assume he lives in Cyprus and is Turkish not Greek,

Well if we were to look at old westerns and F troop. the sentence would start with, "Howgh". and you would toss in a few "um's" in there as well
"Howgh, me told you what me thought you should know um."
That would be the most correct (based on my F Troop research) way to structure the sentence to mimic a native american speaker.
If you were going for American english for someone your age you could try something like, "Damn, bitch, I only told you what you needed to know".
If you were going for Canadian english you'd say, "I'm sorry, it'll never happen again 'eh"
