muscle spasms

ad

Last cycle I started to get neck and shoulder pain towards the end. I went thru pct and the problem started to get worse. It's been four ta five months now and it's gotten worse and not better. I went to the doctor in January and he said he thought it was nerve damage or maybe a herniated disk. I was suppose to go in for testing but never did.the new healthcare I have to pay a bunch of money before it kicks in so I wanted to see if it would get better on its on. I wake up in the middle of the night with my arms asleep or spasm in several different places. It's hard to sleep just today my right shoulder and left bicep have been spasming for three to four hours. I'm goin to go in to the doctor but curious if anyone experience than s before. I also get pain in between my shoulder blades and my neck. It gets so sensitive my wife can barely push on the area and it takes me down to a knee. Feeling frustrated any feed back I would appreciate

I've been having muscle spasms in my shoulder off and on for a while. I also was having shoulder pain especially when I sleep. I would wake up and my whole arm was numb and the pain was super intense. Went to an orthopedic surgeon and he gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder and haven't had any problems since

Sounds like you have a "rib head" out. You need a chiro to pop it back. Your muscles will spasm in response, and they wont quit until it is popped back in.

Had to Google a tens unit lol. Does that help like pinched nerves and nerve damage? Shoulder and back days are such a struggle now. My shoulder days I can't hardly do my warm up weight before this

I don't know how you feel about chiropractors, but the one I see occasionally is very reasonable as rates go. I started seeing him due to a similar issue in my shoulder/ behind shoulder blade that had me in tears at times and tingling in arm and hand. After a few visits a week for a couple weeks and some adjustments and time on the tenz unit (don't know if spelled right, but electric current therapy) I was good as new. My general practitioner basically told me I pulled so.ethung and offered pain meds. Just get and xray before you do anything to rule out any serious injury. Good luck brother!

Give a a shot man, even Cutler says the chiropractor and masseuse is what keeps him going every day. Mine turned out to be a pinched nerve from what I could tell, just needed to be worked out. Funny thing was I know exactly when it happened, all it took was grabbing a 45 the wrong way when loading the bar. Best of luck my friend.
