So, for us US citizens, Monday is the deadline to enroll in a health insurance program. If not enrolled by Monday, you will have to pay a fine on your tax return. The fine isn't so bad for the first year, for me it's approximately $150. If I understand correctly the fine for the second year of not being insured is substantially more, something like $650 for me.
Any thoughts, comments, or corrections please post.
