Lose fat AND build muscle? is it really possible?

Just like the title says is it REALLY possible? I have done carb backloading for months and gained lots of size with very little fat gain, wanted to switch it up and be extremely strict with calories and my macros, I was thinking CARB CYCLING? I train monday, wednesday, friday, saturday. goal is to keep packing on muscle, I have not yet reached my dream size, however I do need to cut down a little, adding two cardio days a week, low intesity, maybe three.

Well let me get my lil tready bear first and make sure i eat some carbs to stay awake for that one..you already know i am not a fan of scary stories maybe we could read a different one??

dont cut too much carbs. i tried it on cycle before and burned out quick.
