Fast metabolism

So about a few months ago I did a cycle and ended up at 238 my biggest weight yet. I held that weight pretty good just eating 4 meals a day. I tried to play with the diet to see how much food it will take to maintain. Well then I got pneumonia and was hospitalized for a couple weeks. I was out of the gym for 3 weeks from the hospital and it's been two months total no gym. I have been training consistent for years. Being sick basically took all the weight I worked hard for you gain away. I'm 25 pounds or so less. I really enjoyed being at that weight. I can not eat for a day and lose incredible amounts of weight. I can lose a couple pounds a day. Of course water and not all fat. When im off cycle I eat 4 solid meals a day. But when I'm on I'm eating 6-7 depending on goals. I think it's time to do a small cycle shortly. For me it's hard to determine my maintenance Cal's.

I could care less about keeping fat off. That's pretty easy for me to do. I stay on test all the time for trt. So I'm technically never off test. But even being on test and not eating, the muscle can and will come off. I would say I was definitely past my genetic potential. I'm built tall and lean so it can be hard to put on weight. But it seems easier as I get older and I'm more disciplined. I eat alot when bulking and I do great on a bulk. I have no problem with diet. But from experimenting with it the 4 meals keeps my weight pleateu,d which is good after my bulk.

I’ve used past benchmarks for what I was eating at what weight as markers to predict current cal goals. I’d take what you ate before your bulk at 213, and what you were eating at 238, and average them. Then halfway through the bulk if you’re seeing success and you’re up ten pounds or so then I’d bump it back to maintenance cals at 238. It’ll come back faster than you think.
