Hi, recently I was in the hospital with Pneumonia and almost died. My kidneys were failing and apparently I have a enlarged heart. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix these problems? What will help with my kidneys and enlarged heart? I'm prescribed test if that means anything. Thanks.

Stop doing shrooms
A few years ago I had kidney failure from a medication complication. I would have died in my sleep if I didn’t go that night I was just telling myself I was being a bitch and threw my back out. Nephrologist told me I’m insulin resistant and my BP is that of a 60 year old. He told me BP and the heart are very closely related to the kidneys especially because the adrenals sit right of them. He told me take out anything that stresses the kidneys like excess sugar and sodium and stress will kick my heart into overdrive. Take it easy until u c a professional. I’m no doctor but if ur BP is normal and ur heart is enlarged either ur arteries are very elastic or ur heart is weakened. I’ve woken up after getting hit by the shockers myself and I learned to deal with life on life’s terms and they aren’t always fair. U can do it buddy. Let to the shrooms guide u man lol

Just do what you doctor say (and dont do what others say, your doctor is right) and keep living healthy. One can fully recover from a kidney failure.

From what I've known Lifting heavy weights leads to an enlarged heart also. It happens naturally some what?
I'm just on my prescribed test. Haven't cycled in a while. I had to take a break and also I noticed I felt extremely tired and out of breath which concerned me.
I appreciate the comments, was just wondering if anyone had experience with it and something they can recommend while in the mean time. I've been waiting to get a family doctor and I find it fucked up the hospital discharged me without giving me a referral to a heart specialist....
Any idea on how your heart became enlarged,,,high blood pressure issues perhaps?
I think it may be genetic and my blood pressure is fine last time I've checked. But the last 3 years have been extremely stressful.
I don't think us internet doctors can really help. Better talk to the actual pros about this.

I will say this much- you should never ever ever cycle any AAS. Period. The end. Indefinitely. An enlarged heart is NO joke.
My cousin recently died from an enlarged heart (amongst a ton of other complications) due to genetics, steroid abuse and drug abuse. It was a perfect storm.
Be careful, find a doctor ASAP, and follow his care directives to a t.
Fuck, these past few years just keep getting worse....had 4 friends die last year, one of them was a really close friend. Also mans best friend my pet dog that I had since I was 12 also died last year. Now I got health issues myself and almost died. What the fuck, life is fucking with me hard right now....I'm only 25.
I can empathize and relate brother- I’ve lost some really good people as well this past year, some other health conditions presented themselves alongside a few other things.
Never feel defeated as easy as it is some times- easier said than done, right? But we only get one shot at this game of life, we need to make do with what we have.
Nothing is ever promised nor permanent- take advantage of each moment and each thing you still do have each and every step of the way. There’s ALWAYS a way to bounce back from everything, you just have to learn to adapt and overcome.
The worst thing we can do is throw the towel in and feel defeated- that’s when we present the perfect opportunity for negativity to creep into our life with a vengeance.

As you described above, you have serious health issues, this is the worst nightmare of any pro or amateur BB, it's something where all of us are scared to end up one day I guess.
I would strictly recommend to follow doctor's instructions in your case as only doc has an access to full list of all the necessary information to make any decisions and of course the necessary knowledge.
I am actually surprised doc has prescribed you Testosterone, unless you are not telling us the full story.
I really believe PEDs should be the last thing on your list to worry about Sir, this will not get you anywhere.

AnonDamn man, at 25 years old is this a genetic defect or are you associating it with anabolic use? I'm not judging you at all, but according to your gear pics, I would say your prescription to test has nothing to do with it. Good luck to you brother.
Symptoms like that are typically signs of a larger issue, taking supplements isn't going to help, even if it did that larger issue has to be corrected to stop the problem. Do like everyone is saying, see the doc and follow orders to the letter, give them your full history even if it means divulging info you'd rather not, it may be the difference between life or death. I sincerely wish you the best.
The doctors haven't told me anything, just discharged me after the Pneumonia was pretty much gone. I'm in a new area and don't even have a doctor at the moment. Just a endo that I have to wait and see in may....fuck Canada's healthcare isn't that great. It's been taking forever to get a doctor.
You cannot do anything for enlarged heart. You better hope your checking your cardiac enzymes and know what percentage your ejection fracture is in your heart asap. Dude keep your doctor's phone number and do whatever he says you need to do. This is way too serious to help with out knowing 100 things from you.

I’ve very sorry to say that it’s my understanding an enlarged heart is permanent. The muscle grew, I don’t think there’s a way to make it shrink. Needless to say if you’re taking any PED’s you should probably stop immediately.
