+ 8 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!
Happy Father’s Day to all of you dads who were able to plant your seeds before running gear or running it properly with the right on cycle and post cycle meds so you could still reproduce. I thought I had chemically castrated myself for sure but came off TRT for a year and continued prescribed clomid until my wife became pregnant with my third (and hopefully last) child. If you’re trying to conceive and having no luck, you will most likely have to come off all gear and take clomid or something similar and play the waiting game. My LH and FSH were non-detectable even while just on TRT.
Fun fact: it takes 90 days to produce new sperm, plus time for your sperm count to get higher.
We tried for a whole year and actually gave up trying to time it with her ovulation (although I was still unloading in the wife the whole time) and figured God had other plans. As soon as we stopped getting so scientific with it, it happened.
Moral of the story: don’t give up. The dream body and gear can wait if you feel you’re meant to be a father or meant to have more semen demons. If anyone has more questions, my inbox is always open. Happy Father’s Day!

Interesting Question for ya, Who's being more reckless with their life - An F1 Driver, Motorcycle Racer or Bodybuilder? You could argue all of them are equally as much as each other, all risking death at pretty much any moment. But do you hear the F1 driver or Bike rider ever getting bashed about their life choices?! Nope they are celebrated as if they are heroes when in reality they are just little weak men that can go fast round a track LOL
I’d say bodybuilding is the most reckless because there’s probably a better chance of making money driving F1 and racing motorcycles.

Nothing was better than waking up today and training legs with the boy.
No physique, strength, PRs, compliments from strangers on my body, etc. will ever compare to the feeling I get playing with my daughter every day. Today we’re gonna bake her favorite cookies together (which is naturally sugar cookies with sprinkles because she’s 4) and absolutely destroy the entire batch when it comes out the oven. She’s probably good for 4-5 cookies, and I’ll bat cleanup for 10-12 myself lol. Maybe save one or two for mom but it ain’t her day….
