Giving blood,does it really make you feel better?

I recently had lifesouth sitting in parking lot of work wanting employees to give blood. I thought why not. Never give blood before but I didn't know I needed to lie about pinning aas. Now I can't give blood with them ever. I've done 3 cycles so far. Would it be to my advantage to try and find somewhere else to give blood.

Yes. Dropping a unit will make a difference. Do you get pre, mid and post cycle bloodwork? If u dont, u should. Your BW can make, or break, your cycle and render your AAS, not as effective as it should be. So, even if your BW
is with in normal limits, and you can prove that with lab data, donating blood anywhere u can, will help u and someone else.
Yes, you need to start giving blood or get your blood drained. AAS causes the body to create a lot of red blood cells - so your blood starts to thicken. This, obviously, will cause a lot of problems.
Giving blood not only keeps you in the healthy range for RBC, but also saves lives.

The procedure is called a phlebotomy. If you wait too long and your hematocrit level is too high (ie, your blood is too thick), you will not be allowed to donate blood. You will either need to stick a 16g needle into a vein and drain the blood into a 1 pint container (then dump it into the toilet) yourself to reduce it or see a doctor who will do the same thing, only dispose of it in a medical waste container instead.
You do not need to have anything else wrong with your blood - if it is too thick you are not allowed to give blood. They also ask if you ever had a phlebotomy, the answer is NO. If you say yes, you are again barred from giving blood.
As a note, if you are on TRT, you can tell them the truth and it is OK. I tell them every time I give blood that I am on hormone replacement therapy and I am prescribed testosterone cypionate, which I inject myself. It has never stopped me from giving blood.

Yeah I'm trt and may have to cause my hemocarate was 51.8 doc said donate or lower my dose. I just never heard of ppl doing it themselves lol.

I'm not about to drain my on blood but they ask if you've ever self injected steroids and I said yes. She said I can't take your blood but did say go to others and never say you self injected and I could give. But I feel pretty good now. I was wondering will it really make you feel that much better.

No, provided you say you are under the care of a doctor and have a prescription. Also, no one but you and the doctor injects you...and that the doctor taught you how to do self injections. Make sure to tell them it is testosterone cypionate and you will be fine. I tell them every single time and I have never been denied.

As,long as you;ve never shared a needle you are not a blood disease risk, but they lump anyone that injects a drug w/o the DR into the no-go group.

If you've got messed up blood, ie,,,, hepatitis,aids, ex junky etc. You don't give blood, you have it drained at the DR or do it yourself into the sink ( proceed with caution,,,,)
