+ 9 For the married guys...hopefully happily!

ad

Just a thought here a lil late at night. If you are a married bro out there, just wanted to know for feel goods what about your ol' lady makes you stay with her? What makes you a happy camper and sometimes smile whenever you think of your other half?

I can think of a several. My wife and I met in the service. We pretty much grew up together in the same unit and deployed to Iraq together. She is the only other person to know me in such a way that I can tell her pretty much anything and not get a crazy reaction. She has also put up with some really crazy anger issues that I had in my late 20s early 30s. Call me what you like but without my ol' lady I'm pretty sure I'd be half the man I would be today.

I met my girl at the gym. It was back day, and she had the machine right next to mine. She waved me down and said, “You look familiar.” That’s all it took. We’ve been together for 10 years and she’s put up with all my shit (baby mama drama and side piece galore!) So ashamed of what I did and I’m learning to be a better person. Can’t imagine life without her. She stuck by me thru my worst and I’m forever in debt to that woman. I’m gonna ask her to marry me soon…. Wish me luck boys!

Ok officer ;). lololol jkjk
In all seriousness we've been together since we were 20/21. Met through mutual friends. I was fighting at the time in Boxing/MMA. I thought for sure she was outta my league as she was starting off with modeling. She did a few magazine and online shoots for some bigger mags back in early 2000s. For whatever reason we just clicked and it all worked out for me lol. It hasn't been exactly perfect but 16 years of being together we made it work. Have a family together and all that shit. We've always been able to talk to each other about everything and no secrets between us. She has no issue with me using gear. Though she doesn't like to see me pin, she's not a fan of needles. I taught her how to fight and I've seen her ragdoll some bitches. She's absolutely terrifying when she wants to beat a hoe lol. We're very similar in beliefs and ideals. She also doesn't care for law enforcement like myself lol.
Might sound sappy as shit but she's my best friend lol.

If you exclude yourself from politics like myself, it makes life much better lol. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I enjoyed being married so much, I did it 3 times! --
In all seriousness, though, my last wife and I were married 19 years, and what I admired most about her was her godliness. Not that I'm a religious man, I'm actually a heathen, not sure how she put up with me so long. It taught my children to be better men, though, shaped morals, so I'm eternally grateful to her for that.

It took me a couple tries, but I found my match. She’s my best friend. Everyone has their own bit of shit with them, but ours mesh. If anything happens, I doubt I’ll ever commit myself to another relationship as I wouldn’t want to not appreciate a partner like they deserve. I love her.

My wife for sure has made a better person. She stuck around when I was in my early 20z dealing with some deep rooted family issues and supported me the entire way even though I was involved in some shit just because of who my family was. I detached myself from that hazardous environment and only focused on us. We have two beautiful children, I only build and look forward for our future. She is my ride or die bitch all the way and said the only way I’m ever leaving her is when one of us dies.

My wife and I met in a bar, I was a medic and she was a law student and this bar was a strange mixing pot of graduate students, lawyers, and cops. We started dating and I knew she was the one cause she got my fucked up sense of humor. We’ve been together 13 years and still make each laugh every day, plus she’s a smoke show! I have since retired and I am a stay at home dad with my two kids, life ain’t bad.

Going on 30 years with mine. I've only had one woman. I saw my mom get beaten by her poor choices of men and I just knew that I was going to be a lover.

I had a crush on my wife in high school, but we were both dating other people and never got the chance to meet. We both ended up marrying those two piece of shits, and both ended up divorces several years later, with children. We became friends on Facebook, and agreed to go out on a date. Eleven years later, happily married best friends. Tons in common, great sex, and couldn’t ask for more. Wait, Money, could definitely use more money, LOL!!

My better half sounds a lot like yours. She has put up with a lot of nonsense from me and is still going strong. She takes care of everything around the house and has a full-time job. She's my best friend and workout partner. I'm 100% certain she likes me on tren more than I do because when we hit the bed, she knows it's game over. I could go on and on but as you can tell I have an amazing woman and I think I'll keep her around for a bit.

She cooks my meals , washes and puts away the laundry , gives me lovin when I want it and doesn’t complain about the gym. Far as juice goes. She only knows about the test lol

SuperBrish's picture

She lets me juice. That's enough for me. LOL jk. Idk man I'm lucky I even have a wife and a family. She stayed with me through some fucked up shit and I would certainly be dead if she hadn't been there for me. Pretty much all that you said I can agree with. Sucks right now we don't have much time together with 3 little kids. We now enjoy each other by being parents together versus when it was just us. It's fine but could definitely use more date nights. No help from family tho and our sitter quit a while ago. Hard to find a new one since we have a new baby can't trust any kid off the street watching them ya know.

I tell you. Mine was not very happy when I told her about the needle. I got looked at lil like a heroine addict. After I told her (this is about Test) the positive effects of testosterone she was apprehensively on board. It's now months later and she will come to me with her arms around my waist still and tell me thank god for the testosterone. Since then I have taken Anavar and have begun pulsing Dbol. I have never had my dick grabbed and pulled into dirty situations more often. I'm in my 37th year. Also for the record it's not just about the sex life, my wife and I have never been closer. For me the extra test has made me more receptive to her needs and wants. I don't find her little outbursts annoying anymore. It's more endearing than annoying now. It is the weirdest thing! On top of all this because of my receptiveness, the few times I raise a fuss about general untidiness or house matters she jumps up and takes care of it now. Before it was a bicker feast. God bless a woman who loves a manly man!

FJB's picture

Sounds like she's a keeper. I love it when I hear another man is handling his business at home. She just needs a man that'll sit down and listen to them and I promise they'll always let you know what's wrong. Way too often women are neglected, shit goes south and the dude can't figure out what happened. His response is "I can't find a good woman" when it should be "I'm a f'n clown and I run off every woman I come in contact with." Just because you're born a male doesn't automatically make you a man one day. That title is earned. Good luck to you and yours brother.
