I just kept hearing no I wont give you anabolics for your fucked up shoulder they are bad for you and wont help, (from multiple doctors). Just keep doing bullshit and taking worthless shots from me everything will be fine...yeah 3 years later deca made it 90 percent after 1 cycle

I had to go to the doc to get my shoulder checked and he said I looked to be in very good shape then he asked me if I was on steroids and I said maybe. He said that steroids are bad for you and of course I countered with not if you do them right. Then I realized I was debating with man with a medical degree so I just kinda zipped it. He told me no working out for a month and I was like yeah that's going to happen. My shoulder is fine now by the way thanks to better warm ups and fish oil.

My doc is a great guy. He's really into martial arts. He's definitely an advocate of fitness. He is however judgmental when it comes to bmi. He frowns on my weight a bit, and I'm not fat by any means. I'm weighing 223 to date, so I'm probably 55 pounds over weight according to bmi. I also understand he looks at things from a Bruce lee perspective, and I honestly don't doubt at 52 he'd be able to kick me in the head a few times before I could grab him.

We feel old on the inside because we're usually aching all over our body from working out different body parts every day.

Makes you realise why 70% of all GP doctors diagnoses are wrong, don't it?

Enjoy the lifting. Fear the doctor, Mate (LOL)

We take our bodies past our limits. Chances are he has identified you as a user but is approaching it cautiously. Being large does stress our bodies.

A lot of things doctors say are just personal opinion. He's probably just saying that as an excuse to make himself feel better for being as lazy fuck.

There must be more to the story. Do you have arthritis and is the weight training regimen compounding the issue? A herniated disk which needs to completely heal? Doctors are fully aware of the benefits of exercise so this send extremely odd.
