Dress shirts
ad
Ok, it is impossible to find a dress shirt that fits, if it fits my neck it looks like a dress and if I get one that fits my waist snug I can't get my forearm thru the sleeve, I'm really not that big, 5'10 238lbs (great majority carried in my legs) bout 15%bf . Short of having one tailor made has anyone found a brand or a store that carries dress shirts that fit.
Any help or suggestions appreciated

Bamboo was right on point. Van Heusen Athletic fit at kohls, buy it on sale for $10-20. Still baggy around the waist, but it has a TON of chest/shoulder room compared to other brands. Take to a tailor, and have them bring in whatever you need (probably around $20). First time my tailor had to bring down the chest/shoulder area for me, but it'll probably fit you right off rack

No homo.
Ha! Some of their models are suspect I agree. But that said their shirts fit our body type.
Ya I stopped buying new clothes a while ago. It's nice having my own business. Nobody can bitch at me for wearing sweat paints and hoodies everyday. My 800 dollar tux I had custom made for my wedding back in the fall doesn't come close to fitting anymore. Should have just rented the damn thing and saved a bunch of money. It's tough when you have wide shoulders and small waist, most the populations waist and shoulders are the same size so when something fits my shoulders it's a dress arojnd my waist. Once I get to a size where Im happy and won't be swinging much more then 5-10lbs a year I'll buy a new waredrobe.
Lmao welcome to my world
I feel your pain brother. I wear VAN HEUSEN fitted dress shirts. the largest size still can be tight around the chest and neck but it doesn't look like I am packing a tent in my pants. I often roll up the sleeves to my elbow as movement is limited but I work hard to have great looking forearms so I considerer that a win.
5'10 240 is Ballin, I picture you being a monster
Macy's has a Calvin Klien line that is tapered down fit and the material is stretchy.
Honestly tailored is gonna be your best bet. I have 19" neck and arms & 35 inch waist. A dress shirt will not fit proper if you have wide juiced up shoulders and abs unless you are a smaller guy. There are websites that you can get decent deals on custom cloth. Have a tailor take your measurements tho.
Cool thanks for the input, i appreciate it
Haggar makes dress shirts now that the collar is like elastic. I have to buy large shirts with 18+ inch necks, so since im a midget it looks stupid and its long as hell. The haggar shirts are a life saver
I usually go up a size and get a slim fit. That way it's bigger in the neck chest and arms but slimmer through the waist. Hate baggage around the waist looks like your wearing a trash bag! Express actually has some decent ones and so does banana republic. Not bad on the price if you catch a sale. I'm close to your size as well.
Express is where I buy all my tshirts from, they're the only ones that are fitted and fit my body. The dress shirts are a little snug though. But this is the only place I buy shirts these days. They last for years too great quality material.
I'm not sure about dress shirts but I do this with my tees a good place is American eagle either a large slim fit or medium long work pretty well believe it or not. I grew up a skater punk and hated American eagle but now that I'm older I don't give a shit i wear what fits best
I've found the Jos. A Bank Travelers dress shirts usually fit pretty well. I usually get a little longer sleeve, which helps. I have wide shoulders and these usually fit. (6'2", 230).
