drawing out of a multidose vial

When drawing out of a multidose vial with a rubber stopper should u make a new hole every time or go threw the same one? (Drawing with 23g)

I don't even pay attention. I've gone through many without an issue. Never known anyone that has either.
If you use the same hole area you can risk making it wider and thus causing leakage. Not guaranteed to happen but it could.
Yeah im affraid of that and getting rubber im the gear..so.i have to make 10 different holes im one vial
You should do whatever gives you the greatest peace of mind.
