I just wanted to inform the community that I have started a Depression/Anxiety group. I just wanted a place to go to discuss, vent, ask questions or seek advice. It is hidden from the public so only those in the group can see your post. If anyone is interested, you can join here.

We’re still gaining Member’s & I would like to encourage others to join if you have or if you are currently suffering from depression, anxiety or PTSD. Drug & alcohol addiction is also covered.
We have several members now & so far it has been a good thing. You do have to request membership, but no one will be denied!! If you suffer from depression or anxiety or if you have in the past, please join & help us out!
Someone once told me the best cure for depression is hard work. I love that. Just something to think about
Unfortunately, whilst any movement is a positive, it aint true. Wish it was.
While a hard working job might not be the cure for depression, it’s definitely a lot of hard work to try to beat it!

backup2018Ive suffered anxiety an panic disorder since 2010 i can remember the first panic attack like it was yesteray i actually collapsed with it due to hyperventilating. Do you know ever since that ay ive NEVER been the same. I was housebound two years after this like wtf? It was the day i was to move in with my then gf. I ont think this was related tho as i really was excited. I went though counselling they sai it coul havebeen my messed up childhood not to mention the loads of rugs i used to do over the years. I was on paxil for years but they just numbed me i weaned myself off after a few years but now im back to taking one a week at least (panic attack) until i get a iazepam or take a paxil tab whatever is there. I cant take fast drugs anymore either as after a while i become aware of my racy heart an bang im on the floor full blown panic lol!!! Suppose thats a goo thing as i know ill not be taking anymore coke lol!! All jokes aside axiety is fucking terrible. Hope you are all well
Anxiety is horrible, but it can be beat with time & intentional effort. I’m glad you’re speaking openly about it & I’m glad you’re still making it bro. You don’t have to live like that my friend!
