Calling ALL Vacation experts

ad

I'm not too savy when it comes to scheduling vacations, nor do I know whats reasonable as I have not been on one in over a decade. Hard worker here, but I think its time for me to finally get some relaxation - hell, Ive been up for 40 hrs and running while im writing this. Eroids is a board filled with people of all kinds and skill sets, so I would love some feedback from YOU

Every time I think I am on set on where I want to go, I hear someone say how its dirty, or "bad over there" right now. I would like to go out of the country, beach front paradise! It almost seems those all in 1 packages are the best because the hassle of flights, transportation etc are already figured in at one set cost. This will be for me and my lady as she is equally hard working and we just need some time away. 10 day anytime throughout the summer season is my time frame - so i'm interested in what price range im looking at for the vacation of a life time.

What are the do's, the don't's and personal recommendations - as always, love hearing from you guys as its a much broader perceptive

Note: please do not include private jets or renting private islands cough cough Nyjuice

Extra helpful and steer me in the right direction? you might find the Muta Bunny is good to you this Easter ;)

Cruise on the mediterranian would be cool. Jamica is fun and theres always good local bud available if you like. Bermuda or St. Thomas is more tailed to what you're looking for private and relaxing.

I use expedia for all my vacations. You can basically see what specials they have going on every couple days and snag one when you see something that intersts you. I got one week in jamica for two, airfare included in a nice all inclusive deal on the water for $1200. I saved $1500. Just check under their all inclusive deals. The price range is basically what you want to spend.

I'm off to Mexico next week. I've been to a place called "the moon palace" a couple of times, it's amazing and the only place I've ever gone back to multiple times. All inclusive, cost me about £1700 pp from the uk. In guessing with cheaper flights for you etc, 10 days maybe 3000-3500 US$?

Nice and relaxing, endless supply of good food and cocktails, plenty of activities if you're inclined.

I've been to the Sun Palace right down the road. It was an awesome experience, but there's too much bullshit going on in Mexico right now with the cartels. Won't be going back anytime soon!
