Hey kids, Ed here just thought I'd post a little something something.
As some of you may know, I've fallen on some desparate times with my internal organs. It's kept me out of the gym and to be honest, it's been hell. My docs told me to stay away from the gym for a while, pumped me full of the shittiest of all steroids (Prednisone) and have me doped up on Oxy's and other meds. This kind of shit takes it out of a man. The prednisone, gives me all the bad side effects of steroids, my temper on prednisone is worse than when I'm running Tren no shit, yet have a catabolic effect, and I know the Oxy's are catabolic. Kind of a love hate relationship there though.
At any rate, this morning 4:30 rolled around and I just couldn't take it any more. so I got up sat on the shitter for an hour (Yes, my issues are colon related ) and at 5:30 dragged my ass to the gym.
I will say that it was the best damn thing in the world for me. Yes, it damn near killed me, but just knowing that I was doing something has really been a big boost today. I'm going to spend an hour on the elliptical at home tonight, and wake up tomorrow and do it again and yes I will get it all back. Yes kids, I will beat this, I will get it all back, and in about a month, I'll be back on cycle. Lol. Hells yes.
My lifts have all gone to shit, sure, but who cares I lift more that anyone in that gym and I'm for damn sure the prettiest guy there. So, I'mma keep on keepin' on. Never give up and die. Positive attitude and all of that shit. Right here kids. Recovery Ed.
