I’m dealing with this ailment that is so damn painful and no meds seem to be working. Chiropractor didn’t work, massaged (deep tissue) didn’t work, acupuncture didn’t work now I’m scheduled to see a surgeon but was hope to somehow reverse this without surgery.

Lots of magnesium. Do some Epsom soaks, look for magnesium sulfate topical. Take a complex at 800-1000mg. I've heard glp-1 can cause this, along with skinny jeans. I deal with something in my head/neck neuralgia. Feel for ya. Hope you find relief
Find a better Chiropractor. They are not all created equal bro.
I've been to several over the years for my lower back injuries and finally found a Chiropractor with Magic hands. And he saved my life and saved me from surgery or at least he prolonged my not needing surgery. I will eventually need surgery but it is a last resort.
Surgery is no guarantee what so ever. I would try deep tissue injections before considering surgery.
