And another thing! Ha ha, just kidding.
There’s a lot about bodybuilding and steroids and the professional characters you can find on Youtube that just doesn’t seem to make sense. And I’m not recommending I have answers. I don’t, but some of this stuff is just a bit too much.
For instance, professional bodybuilding competitions are pretty much built around seven standard poses: front double biceps, back lat spread, side chest, back double biceps, side triceps, front abs, and front lat spread.
Has anyone noticed that the majority of the top tier guys who hit the stage at premier shows like the Arnold and Mr. Olympia all pretty much look the same? I get that the human shape is only going to differ so much and I also get that the top guys have the symmetry that gets them to the top, so I understand the differences in physiques are going to be nominal. That makes sense.
But why is the industry holding on to seven poses? Watching a guy flex gets pretty boring after a while. How many goddam front double bicep poses do we need to see? Why not introduce something new into these programs? Like I said, I don’t have all the answers, but as an industry, I think the bodybuilding community could and should start to expand from seven basic poses.
Moreover, the fact that one guy can win the Olympia for more than a few consecutive years really, really takes the interest out of bodybuilding as a spectator event.
To make that matter worse, neglecting to appreciate that who is titled Mr. Olympia is not driven as a business decision is akin to sticking one’s head in the sand. At least I think so. Think back to a guy like Dorian Yates. My understanding is that he beat this guy named Nasser El Sonbaty around 1997 to win the Olympia but, at the time, Dorian had a torn bicep or tricep and did not appear to be up to his best against Nasser but Dorian still won.
Let’s say you own the IFBB. Your company is based in the US. That’s how you make your money. Who do you think is going to sell more tickets, more magazines, and more supplements? A guy with the name Dorian Yates or a guy with the name Nasser El Sonbaty.
Also, when it comes to the stuff on this site, having a forum for people to discuss topics is a terrific idea. But let’s keep some very basic things in mind, especially for those who comment negatively on cycles and substances.
First, there is not enough research available anywhere for anyone to conclude, with any degree of certainty, which substances and/or mixes of substances will have either positive or negative effects on anyone other than themselves.
Rather, the only thing each person on this site knows, at best, is how their bodies react to certain substances. And that’s it. When it comes to steroids, a visitor here may be an expert as to their own bodies, but that’s as far as it goes, so for anyone to conclude that any cycle doesn’t make sense, it’s that statement in and of itself that doesn’t make sense.
Of course, we all seem to accept what are considered kind of universal truths: testosterone is the foundation of most cycles, some drugs like winstrol and anavar may be used when trying to slim down for a contest (or summer), it may be best for persons in their teens to avoid experimenting with steroids, adding too many substances to a person’s first few cycles doesn’t make sense, etc.
The only thing that doesn’t make sense is that, again, no one should be concluding what substances and stacks will or will not work for anyone other than his or herself.
Finally, I see little point in complaining about how long it takes for vendors to deliver some products. I can understand if a purchase never arrives. I’ve complained about that because what’s the point of having these reviews and ratings if one is going to get stiffed. But if something takes three weeks to arrive, it is what it is. This stuff ain’t exactly legal and the sellers ain’t exactly amazon.com. Back in the day, you didn’t go complaining to a drug dealer. If you didn’t like it, you just found a new one.
Ok, that’s it from me. I look forward to the crushing criticism because, as we all know, more opinions make the world a better place.

LoL
What? Why LOL?
Turns out I'm totally immune to Tren. I can inject a ton of it and nothing, zip, nada... no effect.
With testosterone it only affects my labido. It lowers my bad cholesterol, raise my good cholesterol and dropped my blood pressure. RBC count, what's that?
I took 50mg daily Halo/Dbol stack for 20 weeks and it actually cured my cirrhosis of the liver brought on from years of drinking and hep C. And my kidneys never felt better.
My doctor can't even find my prostate because it's so small (at least that's his excuse for spending so much time back there)
Apparently I'm just different than everyone else and would never have known it if I just didn't throw caution to the wind and just try it for myself.
The building is on fire!!! Lmao bitches

Anymore than 7 poses and we would die out there. You do realize that you are also posing in-between the standard poses. It is called the relaxed pose which you are doing the entire time on stage. We don't need anymore poses to add to the time we are on stage.
What about evening gowns or commentaries on how you'll use BB to stop poverty in the world?
Should we not judge the whole man and not just see you as a piece of meat?
Come to the van later and let's discuss this over a protein shake
I think they are implementing gowns for the physique competitors. Us bodybuilders that are bald and don't smile don't look very good in the gowns but those physique competitors with their full head of hair and bright white shiny smiles is something to behold. No homo.
Bring some gummie bears and I'll meet you at the van to discuss this further.
I have 3 protein shakes..im on my way to the van
Bring some of that horse weight gainer and then we will unlock the doors.
Hehe...today has been tremendous for the slow and special..
I see room for compromise, how about a Chippendale bowtie and cuffs?
Will swedish fish do?
I like that idea. I think the cuffs will help draw attention to my superior forearm veins. I'll post a forearm pic so people can check them out. I am real proud of them.
Swedish fish...I'm in!
I heard they were adding a cartwheel, along with the front and back roll in this years Olympia. That’ll be neat!
Did you smoke a blunt to take the edge off of the coke you just snorted?
Squirrel !!
I might have actually became dumber reading this. Makes no sense
Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean it doesn't make sense.
Just because you write out your mental ramblings without a filter dosn't mean that it is lucid and makes sense.
Your observations are shallow, overly broad, and don't stand up to scrutiny.
Sell that argument to a guy named Schwarzenegger, Ferrigno, Hargitay, Zane, Columbu, Makwa, Eugen Sandow and others.
The answer is the guy who stands out so much his name BECOMES the standard and a household name.
If you go to a horse show, all the horses look the same to the untrained eye.
Dog show (bob classes), (not bis),........ same thing.
Yet the same dogs or horses always appear at the top of the results sheet.
It is the untrained eye,....... your untrained eye.
Same at a donkey show hoorah
I seen a donkey show in Mexico once lol
Only in mexico lol
AnonThat poor poor donkey, but the bannana show was a lot of mixed emotions for me. I was both terrified and amazed.
Banana show wow you got my curiosity going dare I Google it
Yeah but the donkey show you're only looking at one thing. No homo
They don’t all look the same and those poses show all angles. Your opinion isn’t mine at all.
Hey, if you’ve got something to contribute post it up. This just looks like rambling. Not gonna neg you because you seem new, but if you weren’t I would.
Aww, thank you so much for you kindness.
X2 I was close to negging that...
