A Drill shutting down the power grid on November 12 & 13

There is a government drill set to occur on November 12 & 13, 2013. It will affect Canada, Mexico & The United States. All government Depts are partaking in addition to the FBI, anti terrorism experts & 150 businesses....It is aimed at both physical & cyber atracks. It is being dscribed as a "crisis practice unlike anything the real power grid has ever experinced.
There isnt much clarification on exactly what will happen or how it will affect the people of all 3 countries but to me it just sounds ominous. i cant help but to remeber about the drills that were running on 9/11, the day of the Boston Bombing at Sandy Hook etc. so i was wondering if anyone else has heard of this and if they know how this will unfold and are they shutting down any of the power grid for real even for a few hours.

AnonSo Nov 12 & 13 is can be pretty cold in Canada and the north east , I find it hard to believe they would shut down power intentionally . I dont know but my gut tells me this is bullshit and I wouldnt count on anything.
With technology the way it is these days, as well as how goddamn much they like to invade our privacy, consider this:
When we install a new software on our computers, don't we have to reboot it?
I'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything but it's food for thought.

Idk its a drill so its a simulation...it seems like a huge fuckin undertaking...why dont the just fuckin fix the grid...they know its falling apart and fragile....
