AnonIf I could give you a thumbs up here I would. That fucker was as thick as he was tall. I'm sure that was a "bench press shirt" they look different than they did 20 years ago. How much do you think that shirt was good for? 35lbs.?
Obviously he's on dat dere cell tech
Stalion_Wvery good one ! +1
At the same meet there was a kid in the 168 lb class that did 380 , he will be tested, but that means nothing when you know what your doing.

570..
Very impressive, something almost all of us will never be able to do no matter how much steroids we inject into our bodies. Shit I'm proud of my 405!!! 700 lbs is just ridiculous.
Would like to see what he could do raw. But still very impressive to be that young even with a shirt.
AnonInteresting shit dude !!
AnonTexas !!!! Texas !!!
Yep------In Texas they do everything bigger, and that includes the dosages on their steroid cycles----which this kid is obviously on----even if he denies it till the end of time, or eternity----whichever lasts longer.
Of course Texas is the capitol of powerlifting as far as I'm concerned---home of my beloved InzerAdvance Designs---makers of all my powerlifting gear back in the day, and they hold all the big meets as well.
Loves me some Texas!!
That is why it is hard for me to look at a power lifter, when he isn't in action, and say, that guy is defiantly on something. They all look slightly pudgy, with guts, and are all thicker built guys. Body builders have lower BF%s and that makes it easier to notice.
don't you believe thats a natural 700 bench ?
I said when they are not in action, or lifting.
Hell no lol
lets say for sake of argument that he can bench 500-550 with out a bench shirt...
add the bench shirt.. and you have at least another 100-150 lbs. ...
Its hard to measure a raw bench from a shirted bench. My friend for example. Has a 415 bench raw and a 720 single ply. Another one has a raw of 465 and a single ply of 675. The one that benches more raw is weaker on his geared lift then the other one. When it comes to a shirt there are many diff ways to manipulate your form and push more weight that u just cant do raw without
Injury.
Nobody I ever knew or trained with was able to get more than 50 pounds from a shirt.
Either way, this kid is on the juice.....I've been in this game way to long to believe otherwise.
True some guys don't get anything out of a shirt. Cause they cant get the hang of. Changing up there form for a shirt or the shirt is not made for there style of benching. Usually the tricep style closer grip benchers have the most trouble adjusting. But man if you get a custom made shirt fitted to you and specifics for the way you bench. Its insane how much more you can get out of it.
Anthony Clark did 600 in High School. Doesn't say with our with out a shirt.
His lifts are at the top of the interview.

Good one his 595 lift was raw. But he moved on to lift with a shirt after and eventually tried 800 with a shirt. He was a massive guy though he weighed 350lbs
Anthony was huge. There is a video somewhere online of him lifting a car
and moving it in some tv studio.
Great lifter, very cool to watch someone do a reverse grip with that kind
of weight.
