Anonlol pope! Ok first off I don't want to turn this into some politcally correct bs post so I am just gonna speak real plain ... If you wife can breast feed that baby will suck all the fat off her and then some. Also, I know she won't want to hear it but her hormones are gonna be all crazy for at least a year. I wouldn't start any of this until her body chemistry reaches some type of equilibrium. she has to have a good basis for knowing how her body is reacting that is different from the norm.. I d say a good diet and consistent exercise (I cringe as I write this knowing what it is like to just have a baby).... is what is needed to start.
yea we have talked about that, I dnt know how long she will be breast feeding but being this will be # 3 I would give her a degree in in knowing about what breast feedin will do for the body, however I do agree with you, I would definatly say her hormones will be off the charts crazy for a while but she seems to be confident about how she will be affected, but right now we are tryingto get our research in and whats all out there that is safe for women, and what good it could do her. so basically I just am asking right now for some ideas on what would be good to start her on so in the mean time we can do our research. I would google this topic but I would rather listen to someone that has been around steroids that I have some kind of communication with such as yourself. its easy to be steered down the wrong path googling something the and getting some bull shit answers. I would rather talk to someone I know and has had some kind of history with the drugs.
Anonmost women given that they are healthy and everything checks out start on a basic var cycle, 10mg split am and pm... she can do a 12 week cycle but I have heard of women doing 8 on 8 off and having good results..
thanks for the info, I have been researching anavar here latly, not for me I have enough issues with gaining weight. it sounds like a really good drug, heard alot of possitive reviews on it.
