So I've been stalking this page for sometime now and used alot of the advice that was given to other members when it comes to diet and excercises. The reason I'm now posting is because I feel like I've reached my plateau and ready to go to the next level. I am a vegetarian so no meat here. Just looking for advice on what cycles would be good for a woman's first. I'll add a couple pictures so you can see where I'm at....if I can on here.....still learning.

I'm the same I've just been reading posts trying to learn lol I was on clenbuterol around 2 years ago but I lost 2 much weight which I have put abit back on but still look toned and thanks I think your post will give me the confidence to start posting myself

Welcome to the forum, my first question would be what is your goal? Female bodybuilding stacks are almost entirely determined by your goal, if you’re bikini then you probably wanna be taking damn near nothing fr, honestly I’ve seen Ostarine, a SARM, be more useful for bikini competitors than say anavar, but if you do physique or open then you’ll be taking more unless you’re a genetic freak.

Here is a podcast about female PED use, it’s more targeted towards bikini competitors so keep that in mind, but very very good info still
