I stick to protien and a multi vitamin. 99% of supplements are bull shit. A lot of people will tell you to use 12 different things such as bcaa's, glutamine, etc... but a good protein will have everything you need. I like Optimum Nutrition gold standard but Im poor so I use Body Fortress from wall mart most of the time since its cheap and I use Opti-men for a multi vitamin. Other than protien and a multi vitamine you should focus more on what your eatinging and how many calories. Eating clean will keep you as lean as possible and more calories will get you to bulk and less will help you cut. You wouldn't belive how many people Ive seen rely on supplements and have poor results because they couldnt eat rite.
shoxingbiceps17supplements dont give you an easy way out...get your diet and workouts in check first...supplements are not miracle drugs, they do nothing without a perfect diet and perfect workout
None of it is necessary really. fat loss most of them are going to contain caffeine. you can buy caffeine tabs and dose it according to your weight
eca or clen???. wat is the best thermogenic out there? i dont think fitness and figure models just buy and take caffeine tabs. they all use some kind of supplements, which include whey, glutamine, creatine, amino acids...
No1As Pelon said clen is not a supplement, its a prescription drug. Have you ever heard of diet?
Well clen does indeed work but is not a supplement. Other possibilities for you would be anavar and winstrol.
supplement wise yes, creatine beta alanine of course a good protein.
