+ 2 DHT and propecia/finasteride use for women
I been working on this for a little and finaly got enough to post it. i had mwag proof read and fix my mistakes. so here it goes.
i see a lot of women who want to use DHT compounds and are afraid to because of hair loss and androgenic effects. sincei had a hysterectomy it was a real fear for me. i believed that they would effect me more than a normal woman using them. so i began to look around at things to help. first i thought rogaine would be ideal, but rogaine has a whole lot of things about it i dont like, it makes the scalp greasy and since its in your hair it makes you hair look dirty, oily and unwashed, plus you cant get it anywhere but on your scalp or it can cause hair growth. so it was not something i wanted to use. start sweating in the gym and it would run down your face and give u a mustache. lol so i decided to look in to propecia. i had heard it was not safe for women. but i found it is commonly prescribed to women who suffer female pattern baldness and certain types of alopecia or hormone related baldness from menopause. so it seems like i found the perfect thing. the thing with propecia and women and the biggest reason not to use it for women is it can cause birth deffects, so its not something to use if you plan to get pregnant or are pregnant. it has recent been approved for female use in non child bearing women. i had hair loss issues due to hormones from the hysterectomy. my hair fell out in clumps everyday in the shower mwag called it his chewbacca friend when got his shower. propecia a dht tissue blocking oral medication. so it only blocks the dht in the skin. there was a big word for it cant remeber lol
i began taking 1.25mg a day and my hair came bak thick and full and now my hair doesnt fall out in the shower i ve also noticed the fuzz around my jaw line has thinned and is almost gone. my hair also grows much faster now. while im on cycle, my current being test P 20mg EOD and npp 30mg EOD and anavar at 20mg split ED i am running 2.5mg ED and will drop to 1.25mg 2 weeks after cycle is finished.
so for those afraid of the DHT side effects of some of the best things we can run, i think propecia/finasteride is the answer if you dont plan to have more children

No finasteride will not help with hairloss related to eq
no ... pipe said that finestaride will not assist with hair loss due to a compound that is already a dht compound.... finestaride works by blocking testosterone from turning into dht not by blocking something that is already a dht. and yes it would be nice if Pipe could advise as to what would work instead
Finasteride will not work with dht based steroids. Finasteride is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. It does not block dht at all. It stops testosterone from being reduced to dht by the 5 alpha reductase enzyme. So taking finasteride with a compound that is already dht is a waste of time. Please research your compounds better making decisions about putting compounds into your body and especially before giving out advise to others. Be safe.
