+ 3 a new lady looking for some help

ad

this is just a copy and paste from my intro.

well I watch my guy on here everyday. so i figured i would join too.
Until about 6 weeks ago i spent 5-6 days a week in the gym with another forum member mwagner630 who is my other half. I am a cancer survivor, I had developed adhesions over the years that bound my intestines and colon which were a result of chemo and radiation treatment and multiple surgeries for my cancer im told. I have been cancer free for a few years now. but during my routine surgery in early january of this year to rid me of the adhesion. the surgeon cut my small intestine and my colon. I awoke from surgery in AGONY, all they did was dope me up for four days till it was time for me to be released. my white blood count was crazy high, still sent me home, less than an hour after coming home i was rushed by ambulance to another "BETTER" nearby hospital to find i was septic and near death. i was in emergency surgery within the hour of arriving at the hospital. I dont remember the next 2 weeks, i was in a coma and unable to breathe on my own. i now have an osotomy and my life has been forever changed. i want to get back in shape. while in the hospital I lost over 30 pounds and all my muscle mass. before surgery i was 135 amazing pounds at 5'10" and about 10% body fat. which i guess is amazing for a woman. i have a great man who stands beside me strong and we have great kids we are raising together as a family. with all this crap i still consider myself lucky. I just want to get back in shape.
oh i just celebrated my 28th birthday.

here is my question, im feeling well enough and healed enough to start back to the gym. I want to do something to help me along, to put some muscle back on and get me back on track to where i was in the beginning of the year. docs gave me a pass said im free to go back to complete duty. ive been going back to the gym with mwagner630 in the mornings again and im feeling good and better everyday. even if its not something i can do this moment, just some advice on what i can and should do, so i can get prepared, have everything i need, and get the education i need first. Mwanger630 says everything i need to know and learn is right here with all of you.

Get yourself familiar with anavar.. it sounds as if this may be the compound that will assist you in putting weight back on .. It is important to understand that your diet and training as well as rest play significant roles in the addition of AAS .. so much so that they can and will either affect your experience in a highly postive way or highly negative way. feel free to ask all the questions you have.

im really fortunate when it comes to the diet and training thing. my other half knows all this, he works a lot with athletes, even pro MMA fighters. hes a great trainer. strength and conditioning and performance enhancement thingy. he used to get chased down regulary to get asked question. one of his best friends is a sports doc and his other is a sports nutritionist dietician person lol. my other half knows a lot more than he lets on, he plays stupid a lot to learn more from the guys with more experience. hes very well educated to sports trainer college loland Bio/chem degree
its funny you mention anavar because this is exactly what mwagner630 told me to learn about.

var is pretty basic and a good entry point into the the world of AAS for women.. a good way to gauge how you are going to respond to using as well.

First I would like to say welcome to the community. I had a friend who recently went through a similar situation. Non smoker with cancer in his throat. It took two different surgeries and some radiation. He is now cancer free and has started back on his gear. He still has to go in every quarter for tests. He decided to consult his doctor about using. The doctor was not for it but said it would not affect his recovery. The only thing it did was give inaccurate readings on some of his tests. I would keep the doctor in the know. Sounds like you were in great shape prior and I am sure you will be back in no time at all.

i had cervical, uterine and ovarian. not a good experience, at 24 i had a partial hysterectomy along with treatments than it spread so they finished the hysterectomy and i went back thru chemo and radiation AGAIN ugh
