What's up? (Dr. Hrt - coach here!)
ad
Hey everyone,i've been larking this place for a long time and decided to say "hi" ,
and also talk a bit about myself.
I'm a coach and i work closely with athletes(men&women) that look for professional
diet/training programs,safe drug usage instructions & blood work analysis(PEDS = science).
I've made countless transformations in the past
and i would be very happy if i could be of any use
to any beginner or advanced/pro athlete who's looking for help or has
complex questions to ask regarding hormone imbalances and/or other medical issues that
might prevent him/her from using PEDS.
Once again : i salute you guys , and you have my best wishes!
See you around!
Ps-my apologies for the long post!

DBRZ, glad we cleared that up. There's a Dr Google on another forum I frequent and without doubt he's annoying as fuck.
welcome to eroids
Glad I just stumbled apon this. I will tell you this here and now. I don't care who you are or anything of that nature but on this board you will not dish out harmful advice as many of these people here are average gym goers and not competitors. I suggest you read the rules , and do some reading and slowly start putting it in the forums. It will be easy to see if your a 28 year old parrot or actually a somebody. We do have quite a few members who by far know their shit. Also do not solicit services such as charging for preps and what not , if I see it you will be gone. Now that we got that out of the way enjoy the site and share and learn. Welcome to eroids.
Some people just like to act tough behind a keyboard & at the same time failing
to even read.I never said that i'm a doctor(read again) .My close friends call me Dr.Hrt(and there is a good reason for it).
I do have a doctor&personal friend that i can forward literally any question.Just like any professional coach.
But i guess i'm not welcome here , so ...my "apologies"...
You have to understand, there are plenty of parrots here as it is, we try and make sure when giving advice its either through our own experience or we try our hardest to be scientific. There are guys here that work with trainers and are trainers themselves and they use their own experience to help others. We do appreciate advice but make sure its yours and not from a friends cousins sisters brother. All help in this forum is greatly appreciated.
Bro ur welcomed here but ur parroted advice doesn't make u a professional coach or hrt dr ...... No one here is acting tough we just know when someone is bullshitting just like how u bullshitted that ur a Dr
I never said i was a doctor.
Have you ever worked with professional trainers that work closely with enhanced athletes? It seems to
me that that's not the case otherwise you would knew already that offering such services is a gold standard.
Blood work analysis before/while/post cycle or while on hcg bridge cycle(advanced - athletes that never get off the drugs) or while on drugs for weight loss/appetite control/blood sugar control is a standard service and a co-operative job w/ doctor & coach.
X2
bigmurphYou're 28 do you have a degree in this type of advice or are you just offering personal experience info if you have some type of education i would like to speak with you about some things
No offense... But I think a MOD should verify someway this persons credentials.
If he checks out, amazing and welcome and we should probably have a "sticky" to post questions to.
If not... Well... I can google the shit out of stuff pretty quick and hand out advice like hot cakes... However i don't claim to be a doctor and my advice should be taken for what it is, a guy posting in a forum .
My .02
Im not a doctor, but I play one on the internet, my real job is at a jiffy lube changing oil. I trained dwayne Johnson before my stalking charge and also John Cena right before I realized he was just a mannequin I dressed up to look like him. Keeping my eyes peeled on this one because Im not a detective, but I play one on TV.
Honestly, you guys do a much better job vetting the bullshitters than we could ever do. His claimed credentials will get him no special treatment here and in fact I am certain he will be under extra scrutiny. I hope he's not lying because if he is you all will annihilate him. ; )
Right on...cuz technically OP could be violating HIPPA...it would be hard to prove...
I call total bullshit....OP never responded to the post i posted...
Even the most inspired Dr., or PhD, would have said something...imo
As said below, are you an actual doc in the HRT area? I hate guys that play Dr on the internet when they are not in real life.
If you are a real Doc, I look forward to you input on many things PED related.
If you are not an actual doc, just say so.... I still look forward to your input.
This should be interesting. I hope you come correct Dr.
(.)(.)....private eyes...there watchin you..remember that song....lol?
Keepin eyes on this thread...
Halen and oats. I like that singer sting. I forget his band though lol.
Nick name...5.0.yep...yep the popo...
PallMallI have a question. From a female standpoint what can be done about high tsh levels?
Have you been diagnosed with hypothyroidism ?
I have a female client that after a talk we had with her doctor we changed her initial drug/dosing protocol from :
(4month cycle each - she never comes off the drug)
T4 100mcg ED (4months)
T4 150mcg ED (4months)
To my suggested :
(3month cycle each - she never comes off the drug)
T4 100mcg ED + T3 25mcg ED (3months)
T4 100mcg ED (2-3months)
Right now it is:
T4 100mcg ED + T3 12.5mcg ED (total increase t3+t4 = 150mcg)
(It will remain like this unless bloodwork says otherwise ;) )
And the blood work showed HUGE difference. Also she was suffering from constipation(&used special meds + fiber tabs)
and since the inclusion of T3 she never had that issue again.
I would recommend doing more blood work and checking out the whole thyroid hormone panel (t0 - t4).
Good question, bro..
What organization backs you?
What are ur credentials?
Thanks..
