So I've been on ology for awhile...professional muscle as well.
I over looked this site years ago and now I regret it.
This site has way more usefull information than I'm used to!

Considering other forum rules exclude anything source related....I should have not one issue here..
But it's the unwritten rules that get you sometimes and those take a little bit of time to learn. Anyway, welcome aboard.
