I am 36 years old, and have been running gear for about 10 years. I've ran about every compound in every form of it over the years. I am a little more mellow now then I was when I was in my 20's. i prefer longer esters, and slow steady gains. It was once the opposite, when I wanted as much as I could get as fast as I could get.

I have seen this site over the years but never had time to become a member, and actually post. Hope with a new position at my job that changes. There's a lot of knowledge on here, so Iam sure Ill be busy reading.

what are your goals from this cycle? besides slow and steady gains
I am under 10% year round, right now probably sitting at 8% on dexa.
My goal is to keep gaining size slowly. I am a bodybuilder.
My diet is set up for my off season and we will be adding size till we prep for North Americans in August/ September.
