Hey everyone

Just introduction myself, new to the forum, but like many other I have been lurking for some time. I've used a couple of the sources which I found here, but have'nt contributed before.

I am about to begin a new cycle and want to get advice and share my own person experience at the same time so decided I had taken enought from the forum and it was time to contribute and give something back!
