New to the site... looking for advice/guidance/opinions/discussions/etc.
I joined this site kind of by accident due to an order issue with an apparent fake website lol. I'm 35 years old, 5' 10" and weigh 185 pounds. I've been off and on gear for about four years or so. I want to start blasting and cruising and become more familiar with reputable websites and compounds. I really would appreciate any guidance, advice, opinions, etc. I don't mind a different point of view even if I disagree with you! I'm capable of being civil. I love helping others especially with working out and nutrition. I prefer training alone but am also looking for a training partner who is as dedicated as me and hits the gym hard. No BS, no phones, etc. I would love to find someone who could help push my physique and strength to the next level...right now that person is myself lol.
I just got let go from my job recently and am bumming on finding new employment. I'm fine financially but am trying to keep myself pre-occupied since I used to work like 60 hours a week. On the plus side, I can go to the gym anytime I want, tan when I want, and enjoy life...two a days? Why not.
I also am worried, scared, whatever you want to call it on finding a reputable source now that my go to is having some problems. I'm kind of OCD about my supplements and gear and like having enough on hand and know I have more on the way. I'm kind of old school and a creature of habit, I will stick with one brand/one supplier forever and a day so long as I have trust in them. I don't care about the price, the peace of mind is worth it to me...
The compounds I go to nowadays: Tren E/Tren A/Tren Mixes, Cut Mixes (Tren/Test Prop), Test Propionate (I find my results are better on this compound then the longer esters although you have to inject more), Sustanon. PCT and due to old age and avoiding limp dick and bitch tits: Clomid/Nolvadex, Viagra as needed lol.
Supplement wise I use an NO preworkout and protein powders and sometimes protein bars here and there, that and a multi vitamin. Your money is better spent on solid food, training equipment, and good gear.
My preferred split is a five day one. I do cardio almost everyday on the stepmill. That thing is a beast! My split is shoulders, back, cardio only day, chest, legs, arms, cardio only day. Rinse and repeat. I do cardio on all those weight lifting days too or sometimes I will just take a day off on those "cardio" only days. I don't feel like I get over trained especially when my nutrition, rest, happiness/well being, and gear is on point.
Feel free to PM me, friend request, etc. I'm always looking for new points of view and advice. Just please keep it respectful even if you disagree with me.
Thanks!

welcome to eroids brother. you're a little under weight for having been using steroids for as many years as you say.
what's your body fat at?
what's your baseline blood work look like off Cycle?
what's your diet like?
you say that tren is one of your go to compounds which leads me to believe that you've used more than once. being so light and having used it makes me wonder. it sounds like something isn't dialed in here. could you provide more info and perhaps a pic showing your physique? jumping into blasting a cruising is leading yourself to lifetime trt. I'm thinking this isn't necesary especially with you stats and having run so many steroids already...
My bodyfat I like to say is probably around 7%. I am a good gauge of this because I've had my bodyfat tested before in my 20s when I was sub 5% bodyfat. I realize my weight isn't of bodybuilding proportions but I'm also on low doses. I'm not looking to be enormous. My goal is to be 185 to 195 but rock solid like 3 to 4% bodyfat. I know it's not healthy going that low but I just am aiming for that.
I haven't had my baseline bloodwork done in over a year so I can't say in that regards. I was always too busy with work to worry about the doctor. Now that I'm unemployed I don't have insurance lol.
Sure I can post a pic, nothing ground breaking. Also, I took a break from working out last year, a good decent size gap like 10 months. I just had the fuck its. But other then that I'm beyond dedicated training wise and my nutrition is fairly solid. I usually can get away with eating a ton of food because I'm so active. Perhaps I should be eating more because I have a hard time adding muscle on or off the juice. My calories are usually in the 4,000 to 6,000 range. And no I'm not exaggerating.
Gnarkill7% is fucking amazing to have year round but I'm a fluctuations machine if I'm serious about losing I lose if I'm serious about gaining I gain something I can't bitch about i guess
I fluctuate a lot too as far as my weight goes. I think my biggest down fall is the fuck its. I'll still workout and eat moderately healthy but will drink alcohol like a fish. I've reduced my alcohol intake but I'm still shooting for a beer here and there not weekly or even daily and yes I have addictive personalities when it comes to alcohol. It's empty calories.
That and living with my girlfriend. She has family over a lot so there are always junk laden snacks. When it's late at night and you are ambien sleep walking you tend to go for the junk lol.
Right now I'd say my diet is 75% on point. I feel the alcohol and going long periods without meals is setting me back. Most people say I'm doing a great job, but I hold a different standard to myself. I maintained a sub 4% bodyfat with no steroids, so there is no excuses for me to not do that now other than just being a lazy bitch who is making excuses lol.
Welcome to Eroids!
Thanks dude.
