New to eroids. Looking forward to sharing experiences and knowledge

So I’m new to eroids. I’m 34 178lbs at 12 percent bf. I recently purchased my 3rd cycle of my life. I have ran 2 fairly simple cycles a few years ago and now want to start back up with this. I recently purchased test e 500 and will add 4 weeks of D-Bol on the front end. I plan on trying to keep a log this go around. That is something I have yet to do. I do go to the gym religiously and have a fairly decent diet. Just wanted to put a little about me out there and see how eroids works. Thanks

I have used the 500 before. It has been some time. But it is now t bad. Different people have different results. I’ve only used in glute and at half a cc. Me personally, it did not bother. And there are actually good results with others. There are multiple places to read about it. CENSORED is where I have used
have not seen any test 500. pip must be massive.
Thanks for all the advice. Always open for helpful and constructive criticism. Thanks to all
Like many have said. Get your diet on point. Diet planning, execution, and consistency is everything. Training and gear is useless if your diet is not completely zeroed in

If that test is 500mg/ml, you are going to wish you never pinned it. That high mg stuff isn't meant to be pinned solo. Doing so will probably cause you severe enough pip that you won't even be able to work out. That is an advanced dosage meant to be blended with other oils to reduce oil volume.
Welcome to eroids brother
I had a rough accident and had shoulder replacement almost a year and a half ago now. After losing a bunch of weight due to the surgery, I began focusing on cardio. Actually ran a couple marathons since. Either way, to sum it up. I now feel comfortable putting on weight and strength. Prior to accident I was right at 200. And had remained stagnant there for quite a few years. But thanks for insight.
Bigshinsu77It's always an uphill battle recovering from a major surgery! Keep coming back and may all your goals be accomplished!
Hey welcome!
My first suggestion would be to EAT!
178lbs at 5'10"? Man that's slim bro!
I would try to get to at least 200lbs before even thinking about roids, concentrate on eating a lot even if you're not hungry, eat every 2-3 hours and lift heavy!
Good luck bro
