Hello all! Just dropping in to say hello. I'm not new to bodybuilding or supplements but I am new here. Not sure how many ladies are active on the board but I hope to be an active and contributing member I have a lot of knowledge and always hoping to gain more (along with gaining size!!). I have to get thru reading all of the basics so I don't mess up and break the rules but I'm hoping to be actively posting from now on. See you guys around!
