Ok, I'm not a paranoid person by any means, but there are some things I just think you shouldn't do. One of them is do not hunt me down on social media, then send me a pm to my real name account mentioning the police, eroids and my eroids name all in that one pm. I wasn't very happy about that one. If this person was concerned about anything, they could and SHOULD have sent me a pm here.

I'd stalk ya, you sexy as hell, but we wouldnt be talking about cops! And I wouldn't leave eroids PM system without your consent! Some people's kids are idiots, however outside of the site it no longer is an eroids issue.

I feel you on this and agree with you. However, the fault really lies with you on this one. You have to ask yourself, honestly, how did this person gain the information needed to locate you on social media? The only answer to that question is in what you have posted here.
There's no rules on Eroids that says people can't contact or seek out members outside of Eroids. Eroids isn't the social media police. Now, don't take this the wrong way bc I donfeel you and think it's crazy. But truth is, you gotta be cautious with what you post here.
Again, I have no problem with people finding me and contacting me outside of here. But it's not my fault that someone is stupid enough to contact me and mention eroids and my name here on my real name social media. I just think people should have more sense than that and if they don't I think they should be educated-hence my original post

Let me clarify that I'm not upset this person 'found' me outside of this site. I know that can happen and I take full responsibility for that and the risks involved. But what I do think was wrong was contacting someone outside of here on social media under their real name and mentioning this site and my user name here. She could have easily sent me a pm on here-we aren't 'friends' on social media, so I'm not sure why she felt compelled to contact me there instead of here. And there wasn't a reason to mention eroids and my user name as well in her contact with me. Made me ask myself if she did it on purpose.......Anyway, I just posted this so other people wouldn't do it and so maybe she would see it and not do it again.
I feel like this is an unspoken rule or at least common sense, not to contact anyone on here on a social media site. But some people's stupidity knows no bounds..
That is why I'm not on social media. And a reason I won't post pics of me on any internet forum. Sorry too many distinctive marks and tattoos for my own good. I also hate the thought of Facebook. But I in general hate people. So if I haven't talked to you in years there is a reason forit . Anyone who is important to me knows how to get in touch. Everyone else can jump off a cliff for all I'm concerned. I hope this gets resolved in a good way.

Yeah very sucky. Is there any way they should have had your personal information or known how to contact you? I've had random people friend requesting me and then never message me so I don't know whats up with that.
I don't know how she found me or who she is on here (I could probably find out with some work maybe but I don't search people out like that). But I have told no on here who I am or any contact information. Not that I would be that hard to find, but it's her pm that I thought was not a good idea. And that is the ONLY contact I have had from this person on social media and no contact on here that I am aware of.

Way not cool and I haven't contacted the mods because I don't know who she is on here (I don't go searching people out lol). I only know her real name and I won't post that in a message here for the same reason I don't think it was good to put what she did in a pm to me. So I'm not sure how to report it? But I'll pm someone, thanks!
I can tell you a few of the mods are excellent at figuring just that type of thing out. Good luck and I hope it all ends with a satisfactory resolution.
