Hi all
I am a 41 year old female from the UK. I have been training for a good few years and am now ready to take the plunge into the world of AS! I am looking to put on some more solid muscle mass and get lean too. Obviously I am after the athletic look rather than the bulky look. I would like to stay feminine thanks 
I am looking to gain some knowledge, impart some knowledge and find a good source. Any help and advice would be appreciated and if anyone could point me in the right direction of a good source, that would be great.
