Hey everybody, I've been lurking around the forums for quite some time now and figured I'd finally join in on the conversation. Not new to AAS but definitely have tons to learn. So hello all and I'm exited to get involved! Currently rebuild from an arm fracture which resulted in significant weight loss... Just trying to get back to my old stats and work from there. Had surgery on my arm after the break and lost movement in my hand for about 10 months... Anyone whose had to start again from square one say hey and maybe any tips you had starting over!
