How is everybody doing? Glad to be apart of this great site! I've had an account here for a little bit but a buddy of mine was usually the one using it. He has made his own account now so it will be me and only me from here on out. I am still young to most peoples standards on here, but I consider myself very knowledgeable in the bodybuilding/fitness world we live. It has been my life for the past 7 years and I hope to spread my knowledge and teach just as much as I want to sit back and learn. My plan is to post one or two forum topics a week about various subjects such as diet/training/supplementation/drugs.
