Hi and Thank You!

ad

Wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to all the contributing members that have help me get to where I'm at today.

I am 34 yrs old 5' 11' tall and weigh 195 lbs. My body fat fluctuates between 11-16% depending on my current goals. I am currently at 13%.

I have been lifting weights off and on for the last 10 years but only training hard for the last two years. About a year ago I decided wanted to do a beginners cycle and have taken the past year to prepare to do just that. I have only recently joined eroids but want to make it clear that the topics discussed and info shared here have helped me every step of the way!

Over the last year I have got my diet in check. I weigh all my food and have learned how to eat clean and manipulate my total calories and macros to get my body to do what I want it to do. All of you who have accomplished this know it is not always as easy as it sounds. It takes time, will power and money. I never knew how damn expensive this part alone was going to be. I'm in Sam's Club once a week spending $175 on food.

I am in the gym 5 times each week focused on pushing myself every set and every workout. I have not allowed myself to be ok with staying the same. Even if the progress is just one rep I always go for more progress. The progress I have made this so far has been amazing.

So here I am a week and a half into my first cycle.

I decided to keep it simple and am doing a 12 week Test E only cycle at 500 mg/week. 250 pinned Thursday night and 250 Monday morning. I have aromasin on hand if needed and will be using clomid and nolva for PTC.

So far everything is going well. I am just staring to feel somewhat of and elevated mood and improved pump in the gym. Maybe it placebo or maybe it's starting to kick in. Either way I'll take it.

Thanks again to everyone who has unknowingly helped me get to where I am today.

Yeah. Sorry about that. It means I'm still around...not dead. Some of the paths I have went down surely should have killed me. I feel fortunate to have a second chance on life. That's why it is 'still born' not 'stillborn'. Sorry if I have offended anyone, that was not my intention.

adverb: still

  1. Up to and including the present or the time mentioned; even now.

  2. Nevertheless; all the same.

Tron, saw the part of your profile titled THE COMBACK. Good to know we are starting from the same place. That was me two years ago...back injury followed by prescription drugs, drinking, divorce and six months in rehab. It feels good to be back on top doesn't it?!

That's what they kept telling me in rehab. It's some damn good advice. it's kept me clean for over to years. The mind is your best friend and your worst enemy.
