guess i should say who i am, but does it matter :)
36 yrs old, I got 4 kids, im raising my two youngest boys alone, their mom doesnt bother with them. I spend my life in the gym when im not being a Dad. im 5'9" 194 pounds (today) 7 % BF I love being the little guy in the gym banging the heaviest weight. yeah i got a lil guy complex lol. I have had my fair amount of struggles in 2007 i was wheel chair bound, couldnt harldy feed myself or even hold a pencil. I had brain and spinal surgery in 2008 for a congenital defect of my skull and spinal chord, i was dying, bounced back and doing it big these days, I am a former USMC I got a great woman at home with me now. I spent a good bit of my life from teenage years up till i had health issues in the gym. so at this point with about 2 years off i got about 20 yrs in the gym. I am by no means an expert, but ive learned a lot and am still learning. my two biggest passions in life outside the gym are, motorcycles and MMA. i live in a town that a UFC fighter lives and has a gym in, so i go there often and so do my sons. i had owned a motorcycle dealership and custom bike build shop for a few years and that went away with my divorce. but i got the kids so i dont care. I am the kind of guy who will help a stranger on the side of a dark road. its just me, simple friendly and easy going. i know struggles and i never stop smiling, i dont know how to quit.
