I'm trt and have been cruising and blasting for the last 8 years. Currently I am all natty for the last 10 weeks doing a receptor cleaning and trying to see if it's worth the misery. I enjoy learning and helping others learn as well. I'm an army vet as you can tell from my avatar and look forward to making new friends.

Do you still go on MG from time to time as time has passed?

CBBurrr's picture

Dolf,
Did someone try to bash your name on MG? I checked in there from time to time after my ban and didnt see you mentioned at all.

I know that when I disclosed the real reason I and SF were banned I kept names pout of it. ( milken left the whole thread up... but deleted that part).

Now they are acting like it was all some conspiracy to steal members from MG? not sure by what site.
Milken claims to be a straight shooter but his handling of the kalpa fake review shit was as crooked as iot gets.

Pretty lame the way they threw Sieg under the bus too. I have lots of respect for most members on MG, but not a bit for Milken.

Ill be damned. Hello Mr Dolf. Good to see you here. Ive been Natty myself for close to a year now and have adjusted. Welcome.

Dolf's picture

My favorite Sensei! Natty sucks, but can be adjusted too. I'll be trt at a minimum for the rest of my life.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Agreed. Ill be close. Last time I checked I was still testing in range. Been trying to raise it naturally, but havent checked my progress in a while. Been putting off going through the gambit of referral to endo. I detest going to Docs. Even with good insurance, shit aint free.

That's awesome brother! Definitely not an easy task to accomplish! Much respect!

Calrizzian's picture

Much appreciated my man! Selection def was a bitch going through being an xray, but wouldn't have done it any other way. Def taught me to have tougher skin that's for sure! Were you in ranger batt or airborne (I'm guessing the latter due to your avitar, but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong haha)

Dolf's picture

Both. I went from basic to airborne school then RIP, and into 2nd Bat. Spent nearly 24 months there. Got a DUI and was given the choice of article 15 or go to a line unit. I chose line unit rather than lose rank, pay, and extra duty. Just because a guy sports a tab he earned in Ranger school doesn't make him a Ranger. I was embarrassed and devastated at the time, but now looking back 22 years later I own it, and can say I meet some great guys who are now life long friends who otherwise I'd have never met had all that not happened.

Top shelf brother right there boys. He may be a Ranger but he is all Ace of Spades!

Dolf's picture

Haha...thanks brother! It's always good to see my Brother in Arms!

welcome dolf. ,
i know first hand you always experiment. , i remember when you , crashed your e , purposely ,just so you knew what it felt like. ..so you could help others ..first hand.
i know this must have been hell , going from cruise for so many years. to pct. ..did you have your levels checked ?? to see if they rebounded. ??or not yet. ??
but. im pleased to see you hear my friend. ...

Dolf's picture

Not yet sieg. I've got an appointment with a new doc who's roided out his mind, and who you can be upfront and honest with about your cycling. He prescribed my buddy 250mg ew and adex, so I'm pretty excited about having found a good and knowledgeable doc. He'll monitor your blood whether trt or cycling.

Welcome to the other board!

is going natty after years on as brutal as it sounds?

We had a member here named roidnoid that tried and bailed because it was so bad.

Bill G's picture

Man I read all that thread. Haven't heard from or about him since he bailed on trying. Really took him through the ringer. Have been curios what happened to him

Dolf's picture

The first 4 weeks were brutal! Very tired, falling asleep at work, zero energy, zero libido, and many other issues. After that it has gotten better day by day. 10 weeks in I can deal with it no problem. Although it still sucks ass. Many many times I knew I had a safe full of gear, and could make the misery go away, but I toughed it out. Not something I'd ever do again unless the benifit far out weighs the misery.

CBBurrr's picture

I look forward to hearing how those all clear receptors treat you when you cycle again.

I recently posted some cruise bloods that were 1800 ng/ on just 210 a week,
Irongame, one of the members here I really respect the opinion of convinced me I would be much better off dropping my dose.

I cruised at only 150 a week and still felt great..
just now starting a test only cycle, just a couple of pins into it

Dolf's picture

Sorty burrr, but the old lady is giving me the stank eye, so I gotta go. I'll be back on tomorrow while I'm at work.

Dolf's picture

Irongame sounds like a smart man!

Good luck on this cycle, and I know it'll be productive for you. Can't wait until I cycle lol. Test/deca is the plan.

Hey Dolph what's good Hermano! Long time no talk. I just so happen to be logged on today which is pretty rare for me. Hope you and the family is doing good

What's up brotha! It's been a long time. Glad to see you alive and well my friend!

helloBrooklyn's picture

I coulda swore that whole "receptor cleaning" myth has been debunked as broscience a thousand and one times. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Dolf's picture

It may be. I won't know for myself until I've done it. I have a cousin who is 3 years into medical school who I've talked to extensively about plugged receptors and clearing them out. She seems to feel it's real.

helloBrooklyn's picture

Of course receptors get filled. That's why they upregulate to compensate for this. The human body is a remarkable machine.

Dolf's picture

Answer me this... if receptors do not get plugged and do not form new one's as long as you are on whatever particular drug you're on then why do so many heroin addicts go to rehab, get clean, relapse, and die of an OD? The reasoning is because they go out and use as much with clean receptors as they did with plugged receptors.

I've done research, and seen the debate for myself of one or the other being correct or not. That's what lead me to my cousin who's in med school to pick her brain a bit. The reason I'm doing it is for self experimentation so that I will know first hand. This could be a complete waste or valuable info for me. Time will tell me brotha!

helloBrooklyn's picture

Opioid receptors actually do upregulate while opiates are in use. But opiates are totally different animals than anabolic androgenic steroids. I'm not an addiction specialist by any means, but I know heroin junkies rarely stick with just heroin, knowingly or unknowingly. Times change, drugs change. One day it's crushable OxyContin with heroin decreasing in popularity, then time-released OxyContin replaces crushable OxyContin and heroin suddenly floods the market again. Then it starts getting cut with shit due to higher demand. One day a user could be receiving pure, the next he might be getting heroin laced with impurities. Likewise, a user might be used to getting cut shit then one day he gets pure, then BAM, ODs just like that. Nowadays, fentanyl is the hot opiate on the scene. An ex user looking to buy might be expecting heroin and be getting fentanyl, which is mg for mg a far more powerful drug. It's an issue more complex than just opioid receptors.

Dolf's picture

I'm not a counselor either lol. The helpfulness is much appreciated. If you have any links of scientific studies about this I'd appreciate it and would love to read it. There's a few guys here who know me, and know that I self experiment, but in a safe manner with nothing that could be dangerous. I prefer to speak from my experiences rather than what I've read off of google. I'm 42 years old and have been cycling for almost a decade now. I've made many mistakes, and will never claim to be the smartest guy in the room. This experiment was planned for last year, but I delayed it. I needed to be off of aas for personal reasons, and this seemed like a good time to test the theory.

Abstract
Anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) are testosterone derivatives originally designed to enhance muscular mass and used for the treatment of many clinical conditions as well as in contraception. Despite popular interest and abuse, we still lack a broad understanding of effects of AAS on synthesis of steroid hormones on the molecular level. This study was designed to systematically analyze the effects of pharmacological/high doses of testosterone on steroidogenic machinery in Leydig cells. Two different experimental approaches were used: (1) In vivo experiment on groups of adult male rats treated with testosterone for 1 day, 2 weeks, and 2 months; (2) Direct in vitro testosterone treatment of Leydig cells isolated from intact rats. Result showed that prolonged in vivo treatment with testosterone decreased the expression of Scarb1 (scavenger receptor class B type 1), Tspo (translocator protein), Star (steroidogenic acute regulatory protein), Cyp11a1 (cholesterol side-chain cleavage enzyme), and Cyp17a1 (17α-hydroxylase/17, 20 lyase) in Leydig cells. Oppositely, the expression of Hsd3b (3-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase/delta-5-delta-4 isomerase), Ar (androgen receptor), and Pde4a/b (cyclic adenosine monophosphate-dependent phosphodiesterases) was increased. Androgenization for 2 weeks inhibited Cyp19 (aromatase) transcription, whereas 2-month exposure caused the opposite effect. Direct in vitro testosterone treatment also decreased the expression of Cyp11a1, Cyp17a1, and Cyp19a1, whereas Hsd3b was upregulated. The results of expression analysis were supported by declined steroidogenic capacity and activity of Leydig cells, although conversion of pregnenolone to progesterone was stimulated. The upregulation of AR and 3βHSD in testosterone-impaired Leydig cells steroidogenesis could be the possible mechanism that maintain and prevent loss of steroidogenic function

Kostic, T. S. et al. Pharmacological Doses of Testosterone Upregulated Androgen Receptor and 3-Beta-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase/Delta-5-Delta-4 Isomerase and Impaired Leydig Cells Steroidogenesis in Adult Rats. Toxicological Sciences 121, 397–407 (2011).

Dolf's picture

Thanks for the link. It was a good, but long read. My only issue is they only administered test for 2 months maximum. Do I think a newbie who runs his first cycle will have plugged receptors after 2 months? Absolutly not. Do I think a guy who's been continuously running test for 5, 8, 10 years plus could have plugged receptors? Possibly. I plan to see for myself.
