47 and looking to turn things around!
Hi everyone! Iv'e been studying some sites for a while and am really impressed with this one. I'm new to all this, and really only tried gear for 1 year about 12 years ago.I don't want to make the same mistakes I did years ago by relying on the advice of guys who had little, if any more knowledge than me.I had some herniated discs and a torn rotator cuff tendon injury several months ago at work, and my weight has ballooned from 175 to 205. I'm 5ft 4in, body fat % is somewhere between 28.1%(digital calipers) and 30.9%(measuring) if I'm doing it correctly. I'm fairly heavily muscled normally so it doesn't take a lot for me to get bigger. Just want to know what an acceptable % might be before i attempt a cycle. I understand that its all about eating habits on top of everything else. I have to get that right as well before I jump into anything.. I do have an idea for my first cycle which i will post(hopefully in the right place) and ask peoples opinions. More interested in gaining lean muscle mass, losing bodyfat and tightening up ...than getting huge, I wanna do this the right way, for the long term. Oh and my doc ran blood work and my testis pretty low 269 total 3.9 free, not sure of estrogen levels and such.

Hey at 269ng/dl you should look into getting TRT from your doctor, that will be the best start before you start using gear. TRT will make a massive possitive change to your life quality
Thanks for responding. My family dr. gave me androgel, but he really has no idea about estrogen levels and such, he figures just use it and everything is cool. Plus I really didnt notice feeling better, it also seemed to get my blood pressure up really quick. I ve been trying to find an endo, who has experience with this and is willing to prescribe injectable test... seems like only longevity clinics are the only ones with experience, but they are expensive.
VewiWelcome
Thanx
