46 yr old new guy. Looking for advice.

Joined yesterday and already very grateful. The site is awesome and so much knowledge for everyone on every imaginable topic. Spent the last two days reading and researching. Cycled over ten years ago and was body-building with great results. I know things have probably changed some and want to get back to looking and feeling great. Thanks in advance to all of you who assist in this new endeavor!

Was going to start a new topic but it fits real nice into this one.
I was wondering how age affects your bodys reaction to gear. For example I ran test in my mid 20's and had only excellent results and no sides whatsoever.
Now coming back to it in my mid 30's am i likely to experience more sides as my natural hormones have undboubtedly changed? Would it be more significant to a guy in his 40's or 50's returning to gear?
I do find the subject of gear so f#cking interesting.
You sound like me and many others bad advice and no pct in our younger years lets enlighten the next generation not to make the same mistakes we made. I am looking forward to your knowledge.
Welcome all your answers are here, just take the time and research research research.
Yes they are. Obviously im new here and things have drastically changed since I did my first cycle years ago. We were young and dumb and did whatever we could find. No attention was focused on diet, supps.! And PCT meant our batting average.
Now that I have decided to start again I'm thankful for this site and the world of experience. I've done nothing but READ since joining. Still much to go. Then bloodwork on a reg basis. Will post progress along the way.
AnonBring your stats when you ask for people's time.
My bad I had them posted on a different forum the 40's.

Body fat, a guess 15-19% mainly in abs. Will have it checked when I get my bloodwork done..
Thanks
Welcome back to the gear world! Haha but alot of shit has changed, even in five years. One thing is make sure to have a good post cycle protocol.
On it. Thanks!
