3 cycle, and Ready to get to work!!!
ad
Hello! I'm new on this forum, and wanted to properly induce myself. I have been training for 7 years now, and I'm 29 and 196, 5'6". Just figured out my diet about 2 years ago, and have ran 3 total AAS cycles. No SARMs, pro hormones, slim, GH. Just Test, orals and injectable AAS.
I love training, but that's the easy part. Looking forward to gaining new knowledge, and learning new methods on how to grow. My goal right now is to reach 215 and be at about 10% BF. I have never competed, and not sure I really want too. Not opposed to it, but I want to focus on me before I worry presenting anything to judges and competing against others. Want to push my body to its maximum potential.
Thanks and I look forward to learning and contributing.

Thanks Livelife76. I totally forgot when writing last night.my body stays between 13-15%. My diet is very clean. I eat 8 times a day.
30-45 mins fasted cardio MWThF
Meal 1 (6:30 AM) 6-10 eggwhites, 1/2 cup dry oats, tablespoon of PB, banana and 1/2 of blueberries. Blended cause I hate eating eggwhites cooked.
Meal 2- (8:00 AM) cottage cheese no fat with blueberries or strawberries
Meal 3- (10 AM) 4 oz chicken/tilapia/ground meat 93/7, 50g brown rice, 50g veggies
Meal 4- (Noon) 4oz steak/salmon, 70g red or sweet potatoes
Meal 5- (2 PM) same as meal 3
Meal 6- (4PM) same as meal 3
Train (5PM) right now I'm doing legs twice a week. Trying to bring them up.
Meal 7- (6:30-7PM) 10 egg whites, 70g sweet potatoe or 1/2 cup oats, banana
Meal 8- (8 PM) 6oz steak/ground beef/salmon, 50g brown rice, 50g veggies
1.5- 2 gallons of water a day
If I'm still hungry I'll sneak in half a Lenny and Larry cookie.
I eat 6 meals on the weekend of similar proportion. I don't really drink at all anymore, and I typically have a cheat meal on Sunday. This is almost always Pizza! I will do a light training day or Saturday or Sunday if I feel up too. While on I almost always work out Saturday's.
I stay on my diet very well when I'm on cycle. I'm that guy that always has a cooler in my truck and 3 bags when I leave the house. I pretty much look like I'm moving out every workday. I love this lifestyle.
