Hey Guys,
Posted pics in the gear forum, but wanted to throw out the question to see what you guys think. Anyways, nearing the end of my Test E/ EQ cycle, and am finishing with some Mast P. I have a few bottles of Mast P and one of them is cloudy. Just trying to see if you think its safe to pin, or should I cut the Mast short and not risk it? I already tried to heat it, but it made no difference in the cloudiness.
I sent a note to the source, and he says its fine to pin, what do you guys think. I have researched similar posts about cloudy gear, and some seem to say its fine and its only water, others say it could be contaminated. At this point, I'm not sure it's worth the risk...what are your thoughts?

Ok, so I heated it up on the stove with a pin in the top (not touching the oil), and it cleared up nicely. However, when I went to check the bottle the next day, the cloudiness was back...should I try again, pin it, or toss it?
I had cloudy mast. I heated mine and it cleared up a bit. Used it and no worries. Imo, you buy ugl gear and there's always a risk. I hva had many vials wit different variations of clarity, always good. Good luck, when in doubt throw it out.

I have had crashed gear in the past, and it looked more like crystals forming in the vial. This is the first time I have had one that was cloudy. I figured it wasn't crashed, but rather moisture or bacteria or something. Can crashed gear just look cloudy without crystallization?
When I heated it, I used a blow dryer. I have done this in the past with crashed gear, and it worked great. Maybe I should use the boiling water in a pan method with a needle in the top if it is in fact moisture. I'll try this tonight. I assume if this doesn't work, its safe to say that the cloudiness is bacteria or something and to just toss it?
To be fair, I did email my source and he offered a free bottle as replacement, even though he said he thinks this bottle is fine to use. Problem is, I haven't received it yet, and my cycle is coming to end soon. The gear is from a source consistently rated among the top here, and I have had good success with his other gear. This is one bottle out of 4 from the same source, all the other bottles are fine.
Some time ago i had an issue with some test E.placed pics sought advice.From my experience i would try to get a new one from the source you got it from.In my situation i was offered a replacement but said fuck it, looks good after reheating,with pin placed in top of vial and put on hot plate.To be on the safe side i bought a few .45 micron and a few .2 micron whatmans and some sterile presealed vials.I reheated per protocol and in fact it did clear up.then filered twice using the .45 micron filters.After the first filtering in the bottom of the 20ml syringe was about 4mls of a substance that looked like gel with a vaseline type consistency.The filter was loaded with it and the smell was a strong burnt tire and chemical smell.I refiltered what was left in the vial through the .2 micron filters 3 times after that.In the end i was left with about 20mls of a clear looking oil with only a few very small white looking specks in it.Am i going to use it? Hell No!The cost of gear is cheap as compared to the cost of your own personal health which is priceless in my opinion.This is only based on my experience , you have a different compound and there could be different causes as to the cloudiness.I probably could of gotten away with adding a little BB to mine in the beginning to hold it better molecularly, but then again one shouldnt have to play chemist when they pay a decent price for advertized quality gear.I am not talking about buying knowingly crashed gear at a discount as ive seen as you know the deal beforehand.Recently it seems every week or so someone is having the same issue.I was thinking about making a Post about quality control, but being new here I was worried about being bashed as a troll and ganged up on for stating my experience.I know its not a perfect world and shit happens , but after seeing with my own eyes what appeared to be clean and clear in the vial was anything but that. I agree with what homebrewed stated find a good source, no use gambling with uncertainty. thats just my 2 cents from my experience.
Did you heat it enough?? As in hot enough?? If you did and its still shitty...Since your source said pin it...FIND A GOOD SOURCE..Then send the vial to the guy with a letter and instructions on how to insert it into his anus..Did I mention find a good source???..Even a half assed source wouldn't tell you to pin that..They would send ya a new one ASAP plus a little something extra.

have you tried using a blowdryer on it?
Sound like it's trying to crash. Follow normal protocol to uncrash gear and see what it looks like.
