Whats your meal plan look like?

ad

I was just wondering what everyone else does on a day to day basis (or the best we can follow our diets).

Im planning to run a 10 Week Sus 450, kicking it off with TBol , and ending with the usual pct of clomid and nolva. I also have some cyx3 (clen-yohimbe mix) to possible use to cut up at the end.

Now the diet that i have started goes as follows....

Morning 9 am
-35 Grams of Intek protein (whey and casein) , # strawberries, banana, ice and water. Blended.
-2 hard boiled eggs.
- Pills ( creatine, omegas, fish oil, vitamins)

1030 am
- 4oz small curd Cottage Cheese

11am - 1 pm
-3 hardboiled eggs

2 pm
- 2 Servings of brown rice
-12 shrimp
- 8 oz tilapia or 8 oz chicken

4 pm
-Peanut butter or some kind of tortilla wrap for some carbs before the gym

5pm
- Banana
-Pre workout (buzzerk or blitz & NX6)

6pm to 8pm
workout

830 pm
- 34 grams of intek protein, 3 strawberries, ice, WATER, blended
pills (creatine, liver support - detox)

930
-12 shrimp
-8oz tilapia
-mixed greens salad
-carrots
-rasberry vinagrette

This I would say is a great deal of what I eat plus other fruits, vegetables, and the random cheat meal here and there with the friends and the family. I keep my drinking to a minimum as well.

I didnt mention it but i drink a ton of water as well.

Let me know your thoughts and some tips and extra goodies to eat!!!!

Thanks
B

This is one of the most expensive meal plans I have ever seen... I'm glad you can afford it, but if you want cheaper ideas, check out some of the other plans posted on this site. I also spend 600 dollars for each cycle, so I may just think everything else needs to be a bit more inexpensive, mate.

Get some walnuts for snacking, flax oil, lean mince meat and a george foreman grill, Try some weetabix cereal with a protein shake and nuts on top, there are plenty of free ebooks out there with plenty of suggestions and tips I do think you are most def. travelling a very light.

Wow theres not many calories in there from complex carbs in the morning beside fruit until 2pm & get some red meat, complex carbs maybe some skimmed milk to especially if going for a cycle. And what are your height, weight? Hope that's not to severe just my 2cents bro.
