It's hard to say what matters most, trusting a source is a combination of different things in my opinion
But I can say is that the most important thing to HL here is quality and accuracy of dosing which go hand in hand. I don't want it under or cut, I don't want it over (can cause issues in tightly controlled stacks). I like full disclosure, like knowing the carrier oils and any additional solvents used in a blend or high mg products. Buying shit off the internet and injecting into your body already is a high risk endeavor so I like to feel some modicum of safety from this information.
For me I will wait 5 weeks for a product if I feel supremely confident in the above. Just my 2c I will leave it to more experienced members to speak about Janos. Testosterone should never be cut or underdose so I always expect good bloods for a good source as well of course.

Customer service, the price. Jano tests by sources are meaningless to me, nothing stops a source from sending in good quality gear and sell underdosed or fake gear.
This right here and I literally cannot believe this isn't addressed more... it's extremely easy to brew fire and send it in and not extend that to your customer base BUT in my experience most sources if established so extend such gear. Now the thing that really helps to show accountability is bloods by the consumer to back it up...questionable bloods questionable gear but you'll always have fanboys say you somehow fucked up your blood work even though it's happening to you and others.
