What causes night sweats?
ad
I was wondering what is the actual cause of night sweats while on test cyp?
I've always dealt with it before when I've cycled, and I've surmised that those hormone changes, increased metabolism, increased protein synthesis, etc. were the cause. But I don't actually know.
Anyone care to drop some knowledge and offer a detailed explanation?
Thanks guys =)

TrenDaddydont jerk off before bed, makes me break a good sweat.
Touch the floor with your naked foot to regulate the internal temp. Trust me, I am not a doctor.
PcushionIt’s medically proven it’s from being too sexy. No homo
Ah that makes perfect sense! I can see now how my hotness would affect me on a cellular level. Increasing my metabolism and in turn making me actually hot. My body is just taking cues from my roman God like features and bangin bod! =D
PcushionExactly!!!
So you aren't affected then?!?... Lmao Only joking pal
PcushionNo your spot on my brother
sometimes it pays to be the ugliest guy in the room lol.
Do you poop before bed? I always sweat more when I have to poop.
;)
Its more than likely your hormones. I experiemce it when im in the pct weeks usually from my system crashing and estro rebounds.
IanMcqueenGenerally it’s because your metabolism after the 4th hour of not eating. Try casein protein right before you go to sleep and see if that helps but if you’re using tren it’s almost inevitable.
I put my ac on 60 and still sweat...
menopause...
bwahahahahaha =D
sorry ... I had to.... really it is hormone related and usually indicative of an imbalance. I run super hot while I m on cycle ...
Quit watching Porn Hub before bed..

Im sweating all day even when Im just sitting at couch watching TV Im sweating and Im not on tren
jayiskdreaming about the chick in your avatar will cause night sweets and random boners throughout the night.
X2
Is this the same for night sweats on tren as well?
yes, even more so.
Interesting, I had always assumed the night sweats were somewhat similar to the hot flashes a woman goes through due to low estradiol.
Great info.
Could literally be a Wet dream? Lol
Fortunately I don't have this issue. However, I think the guys below covered it pretty well. Try eating complex or less carbs before bed.
High test value in your body, too high E2, faster metabolism or a not constant hornone level , if you're bulking its mostly the amount of carbs they make the body sweating , if you're in a diet maybe low blood sugar level. Dehydration during the night time can also be the reason, try to drink a glass of water if you wake up at night...
Thanks for the reply, yep it might be due to dehydration I'm a coffee junkie and drink way to much caffeine in my day, I need to cut down.
Hormones and Carbohydrates. Decrease your CHO's before you go to sleep. Complete food metabolism is around the 5th hour post meal. See if that helps. Also, evaluate and analyze whether the carbs you are eating are more simple, or complex. Choose low glycemic index complex carbs with a nutrient dense structure.
Thanks for the thoughtful reply. They are complex, I'm doing rice for my carbs. About 4 hours before bed. I should know better than to load up on my last meal of the day lol. I'm just gonna cut them out of my last meal and double up on the rice on my first meal of the day. And do chicken and a shake for last meal I think.
I think you've hit the nail on the head there with what you've already said, I often get them just on Test / NPP and DBol. Its always once you enter deep sleep after about 3 hours I find, can often be when you go slightly hypo too without going fully born into one. Either way they are a good sign as your metabolism and anabolism are fired up together with extra Insulin release from the body - Just a pain when they happen in the winter lol
