Weird delt pin

So i was doing my pin this morning, i was rotating to my left delt (done it a hundred times). this time, once i pulled out the syringe blood immediately started coming out, was easy to stop just a couple swipes of the cotton ball and it was done. However it was more blood then i have seen, and there was a lump there immediately. Never had anything like that happen, you guys ever experience this? Think i went through a vein or something?

I know everyone has already answered, but one time when I was first getting used to pinning I kinda messed up my delt. I can watch myself insert the needle with no problem, but I used to look away to pull it out bc for some reason it freaked me out even more.
So, I pulled the needle (what i thought was) all the wayo ut of my delt, and then turned the plunger of the needle down because I thought it was all the way out. It's hard to explain. Imagine a needle in a steak and you pull the needle a quarter of the way out, and then rip it downward and away. I just thought the needle was out so I quickly and carelessly started moving that bad boy while it was still in my muscle. The needle popped out of the skin as you can imagine taking syryinge while isnide of you and turning it parallel with your arm and ripping it out. I bled for a long, LONG time and it hurt for a whole hell of a lot longer.
Bleeding when pinning is kinda weird for me. Sometimes I bleed alot. Sometimes medication comes floating back up the inj hole. Sometimes there isn't a single spot of juice or blood.
Just wanted to share that.
Just update: Def. no infection or anything crazy like that (shakes fist at IRISH, for putting that evil on me) but is extremely sore as fuck... whatever i hit doesnt like it haha, but nothing worse then a bad PIP....
I get that occasionally, you've nicked a vein and some blood escaped and made a lump. It should go down very quickly though, a day maybe two and normally it doesn't hurt unless you're pinning something with bad pip.
Anything like more swelling heat etc see the doc.
Ya bro it actually went down a lot already. After workout it was just a small lump, nice and tender though haha.

na man,i have always done a full cc never any problems with it...

i have experienced the bledding part but not the immediate lump.
ya bro me either, shits weird.... Same injection technique i always use..... the blood thing didnt bother me, i am more wondering why the hell i have a lump
i tried to avoiding pinning delts unless is really necessary. i have terrible techniques to pin in delts for some reason lol
