+ 8 The missing link!!

ad

I'm writing this in hopes to help someone who has been exercising , lifting , training whatever you call it for years and has not gotten the results they are looking for. For years, I tried every type of gear, supplement and work out program you can think of. I lost weight, but still never got the results I thought I was working hard for. Still wouldn't take my shirt off in public . Then I found Eroids and felt like I hit the jackpot!! Now I can get Gear gear gear and I'll get results.. Well a few heavy cycles in and I was still not getting the results I wanted. So I began to research more and more.. So many vets telling people to get there diet in check, yeah right that's not it. Well I am here to tell you that Diet is it. Since I've truly headed the advice of many vets on here and got a good nutrition plan, I've made more gains with less gear then I ever could have imagine! Makes me wonder what could have been if I knew this when I started working out as an obese 300lb 19 year old kid. So much wasted money and time for zero results!!
So if this sounds like you, please evaluate your diet crucially. Stop wasting valuable money on tons of gear and supplements. Because DIET is your missing link!
The next time someone ask you what you are taking educate them and let them know that it is not what your taking , it's what your eating that's working !!
Thanks for reading .

right on brother! I always tell the young guns at . the gym, when asked, that gear doesn't create the diamond it just puts the final polish to it. from what I'm hearing is, either they don't have a solid nutrition plan in place or they just don't eat enough. far as not eating enough I was guilty of this and for almost a year, I stalled out, my . progress came to a screeching halt. it was a nutrition post written by brother Vike that had me up and growing again.

Gear, training and nutrition is only part of the battle. Still got a ways to go in learning mobility and recovery training to optimize your results.

I like those videos!! Im not doing it , but I'm currently watching that Chris Gethins 12 week transformation trainer Video while I do fasting cardio.. Lol

yeah i like gethins stuff too...but stoppanis plan is killer i think...i like the 3 heavier compound days followed by 3 lighter isolated days...and the cardio in between is kicking my ass lol...the cardio rest-pause dropset is brutal too...i'd recommend trying his program if your trying to cut...i wasn't following the diet plan at first but have started recently and already noticing differences in dropping my carbs

Great read. Thanks for sharing that. +1 I think most of us can self-deceive and think that we're "on point" or that my "cut stack" will do the job, or "magic (dangerous) pill" will do the trick. When it doesn't work, it's because of UGL or something else. We all have to come to the point where we quit deceiving ourselves and get down to the hard work of real nutrition and diet. I'm well past the "gear will do the job" stage, but I'm still working on my diet each and every day. I'm getting there though and the results speak for themselves.

BOoooM............ and there's me thinking i sound like a stuck record all these years preaching nutrition is king!

Like a whole new world when the penny finally drops hey bro....... roids is a short term commitment for most, nutrition is for life.

But still ... some youngster will "half" read your post and think "fk this! nutrition boring stuff again and run back to the SI for some "Goodies" to add to his already enormous, non-productive stack of mis-matched esters and liver cooking orals in a search to add a poxy 3/4lbs of water weight lmfao!.... +3

Vike, you were one of the he guys I always saw saying that!! Well it finally clicked and now I spend the majority of my day tracking my macros instead of reading about the latest supplement or gear out!! I was questioned today by a big guy at the gym today who only wanted to know what I was taking, meanwhile he was like 25 percent body fat! I tried to tell him it's my diet but he didn't want to hear that!!

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

Nah they never do brother....... strange thing though is that we damn near always have bodybuilders round our house and i shit you not nutrition and diets is always the hottest topic.. of course roids are mentioned but on a % basis roids would be 20% whereas the diet/nutrition conversations would be 80% of all conversation time..... Suze and the girls are now getting into carb-cycling and re-feeds so at the moment thats the hottest topic...... second hottest is how or who is getting the best gains/results from the least amount of gear but utilising ultimate nutritional tactics.

Thanks rusty, this Rant was spawned by some dude at the gym today who obviously didn't eat right, but kept hounding me about what supplements I use.
