+ 14 the big picture
So I started using gear at a young age, it started with prohormones (which do actually work) and ended up at the real deal. Few things I have learned in the past 7 years of running various different compounds at different doses.

You can run all the gear you want for as long as you want and it will mean nothing unless your diet is first priority. Regardless of what you're doing bulking cutting or anything in between if there is anything this is first priority. I'm sure everyone knows this by now. My first few cycles I wasted Alot of money because I wasnt eating enough food plain and simple.

Training. This is also obvious whatever your routine is you have to stick to it. Not all routines work the same for everyone mine would be different from everyone else's who reads this post. The most important thing is start one stick to it stay dedicated. Sure you'll have to tweek it a little here and there but the rule stays the same your goals don't consist of 70 percent diet and 30 percent gym, it consist of 100 percent dedication to your set goal.

Know your limitations and don't be stupid. This is the one that took me until recently to realize. The less gear you use if you're going to use at all the better. Make the most out of the smallest amount possible. I see Alot of dudes doing exactly what I did "I'm planning to use a gram of test 500 mg Deca a week and 80 mg of dbol a day.... you're asking for a problem. I have recently found out that I can make the same amount of progress with 500 mg of test only a week rather than a gram plus other compounds a week by simply following point 1 and 2 of this post.

Listen to the pros here. This was also a huge problem for me on here at first. I took Alot of what people said offensively now people who know me on here know why I shouldn't be using anymore but I still am, they know what they're talking about and one of the most important things they will teach you brings me to my last point

Pct is extremely important!!!! I am 25 years old with the natural testosterone production of a 55 year old man I stopped using due to some health issues. In the past I either did a very shitty pct or didn't do one at all and instead of doing what I should have done I would just buy test prop or suspension and start using again to start to feel normal as fast as possible. That being said I fried my system. The needle will forever be part of my life because I did Alot of dumb stuff.
I know I'm basic on here but I've done a lot of shit my knowledge you could say is still basic because I'm hard headed. I'm posting this to share with new comers my expierence with the negatives of gear usage and how to do things more safely. Don't just jump right in like so many people do, research ask questions listen and don't do what I do and get pissed off when someone tells you your idea is stupid.

Excellent firsthand experience of why open ears and a closed mouth is golden when venturing into this life...
Well fucking said!!! I'm stealing this saying as well. Thank you, brother Bolt. +1
That's what it's all about man.
Great post, brother
good point brother. too bad most of these guys will never listen but, all we can hope for is teach those who are smart enough to listen.. steroids are not narcotics but, they do have negative aspects that can be prevented through knowledge and safe usage..
Shitty part is most people have to learn the hard way. My mentality was "it's a hormone it's already on my body, how much damage could it do?" Well its a question that didn't go unanswered. I've went through jaundice high BP etc and now just feeling like strait garbage cause I fried my shit from lack of pct/proper pct or if I even did one. As I stated my pct was run short ester for 4 weeks right back into test c or test e I didn't even know what Nolvadex or clomid was for a long time. Unfortunately most young guys are going to do this then find out they fucked up and end up at a hormone clinic every month getting blood test done to see if their trt is doing justice or not!
RustyhookerSchool of hard knocks. Your written knowledge up there hopefully will be heard by others. Everyone has a different learning curve. Good read!
Hey bro we had a few words and run ins before and I'm finally glad u get it lol. I don't post much anymore but I hoped I helped some and good luck in your future ventures. Plus two good forum
Yeah this is a great post, thank you for taking the time to share +1

i dropped some +3s in here guys............ nice to see a nice tight community working in harmony.
Thanks Bros...........
Bigger man then me, I always take these posts with both eyes open, a way for someone to get promo karma by telling a sad tale to those who will listen, or maybe im just cynical. I seen it before maybe thats why. Either way I hope its the truth.
Honestly the karma doesn't mean much to me. I like this site cause I can talk to other people without worrying about safety and things of that nature. Not only that i got one friend i know personally who cycles and hes one of the crazy ones so talking to him is counter productive. Problem is I'm hot headed always have been I take Alot of things out of context with every subject not just AAS.
Came back at me nice and level headed. Never forget where you have been but dont let it dictate where you are going. +2.
Great post buddy. You made so many great points. I thought I knew a lot until I came on eroids and stopped and listened to the pros on here. So much knowledge is on this site it's unreal. When I first came in I posted a dumb question and got put in my place...it was the best thing that could happen to me. Made me a sponge again and truly learn and listen and share what I can. Great post!
I can relate to many of ya points, even now.
If I had access to all this info just 6 months prior to now my progress would be a lot further.
Great post though bruva.
"IF YA DON'T KNOW, YA BETTER GET TO KNOW"
bigmurphI can relate to this in so many ways I to started really young with prehormones when they banned the one i was using jumped on test not knowing anything fucked up until I was 20 and an old timer at my gym took me under his wing and put me on the right track.
Points 2345 are so on point brother. I think if this was a school project you would definitely get an A+
But here you get a +1 keep preaching especially to the guys your age that are talking craziness.
GREAT POST BROTHER
I would like to send you a fr so when I here guys your age talking craziness maybe I can have you talk to them
bbondsGreat post.
I respect your honesty and the fact you have the bottle to say you did it wrong.... +3 for that brother.
Good luck for the future
Thanks guru
I also believe they should make this post a sticky too.................... let me talk to the MODs ok
Wow really? Sounds good to me man thank you!
yeah.. its well written bro, you have made it easy to read with good grammar, paragraphs, etc... but most of all the honesty shines through, i remember pulling my hair out you were so hard-headed lol.
You are proving Experience is key and paramount to our shared goal.
Possibly tie this in with the thread about starting too young when you sign up!
This post proves eroids makes a difference, it is the reason why we are head and shoulders above other pro-aas websites..... makes me proud when a guy recovers and responds from "tough love", also makes me proud of the eroidians that work in the trenches on a daily basis preaching proper protocols and the importance of Nutrition etc,......... yeah! posts like this make it all worthwhile bro, and make me personally feel humbled because i did give this guy a hard time, but with said i will also put him back together.... like the post title.. he now understands "The bigger Picture" of what we excel at on this site
Yeah man I got a thick skull most of the time. I was so caught up in bigger stronger harder that I forgot about the most important thing my health. I stayed on at least testosterone for damn near a year and half, and wondered why I was having fucked up side effects...
Good thing you did man keep him off the stuff as long as possible
I can relate to this personally man. I tell the youngins I see to wait also. Man first 1.5 year s I cycled I didn't know what a pct was or even time off. I jist did when i feel like it. And like alot of ppl on here, if I knew back then what I did now I'd be a lot better off. Funny how this post is today and my younger brother told me he was ready to cycle. He was pretty upset that I shot down his idea.
