Test Vial Flip Top Leak
ad
I stored some test enanthate vials on their side and one of them had a very small amount of oil leak out of the side of the flip-top. It was a very small amount after being on its side for 3 weeks. The oil looks fine like the other vials.
What to do? I usually store vials standing up, so I've never noticed anything like this in the past... Can I resterilize it? Or is it safter to just toss it? Gear is about 2 months old.
Thanks brothers!

dont worry bro, I have that happen all the time and ive never tossed a vial because a little bit leaked out. In the future ya might wanna make sure its standing up so you dont lose oil though ;)
agree,i wouldnt toss it either, if it was leaking out it would most likely be pressurized and not vacuum to draw things into the vial , either way, if you wanted to play it safe he could sterilize it, i would use it unless it was dirt cheap shit gear that you dont really care about
Thanks, I appretiate the feedback!
anytime ;)
IMO if shit can get out of the bottle unsterile shit can get in the bottle...I would toss it, better safe than sorry
Hence my concern. Thanks man.
maybe too much pressure in vial? just a guess. where it was made and where it was shipped to maybe a big diff in atmospheric pressure (tryin to sound intelligent here, dont knock), still shouldlt leak but maybe the rubber stopper/crimp = defective. i would still use it after sterilizing it.
How would you recoment I go about steralizing it? Inch of water in a pot, stand the vial in it and boil?
