I am currently using Test P and Dbol cycle, However in last couple of days I started feeling this pain in my right testicles I thought maybe it's because of my underwear, However now it seems my one testicles is bigger and feels like there is a lump in it! Anybody has this issue before!

Had this exact issue. Went to urologist and he said it was viral. Gave me an anti viral med and worked like a charm.

Thanks everybody ! It seems my first doctor could be wrong with recognizing a tumor and this could be just infection , However , i am still waiting on urologist .

I’m sure this is a hard pill to swallow but testicular cancer is usually very successfully treated by removing the testicle. My brother had it and had been cancer free for 15 yeArs. I know this sucks but I hope it works out for you bro!

I got diagnosed with testicular cancer , its hard for me to believe, but I know it because of this lifestyle and stuffs I injected over years, guys I m done and retired with this forever, but guys be careful with what you put in your body
I don't think it's from using gear, mate. My left ball was amputated because of cancer. No need for chemo, I had luck it was found in an early stadium. My oncologist told me that my kind of cancer was NOT hormonal related. Furthermore told me that there should be no risk of relapse, if l use gear again. BUT he told me to stay away from hgh and peptides. There would be the risk for possible micro metastases start growing, which maybe were not found by computer tomography. Wish you good luck, brother!
Btw, try to see the positive aspects of an amputated ball. Pants fitting better, dick looks bigger when shaved and with just one ball, painting Easter eggs doesn't cost as much time as before etc. Testicular cancer is the "best" cancer which a man can choose. Much better than prostate or intestine cancer.

And just keep in mind that when found early and it hasn't spread beyond your testicles yet, there's a 99% survival rate! And even for men where it has spread to the lymph nodes in your abdomen, the survival rate is about 96%! So don't worry too much, you'll be alright bro! Maybe you'll just lose one of your nuts, lol! Be well bro!!
I'd say its just a coincidence that it happened during your cycle. I really doubt its AAS related.
With that said I would see a doctor ASAP.

I've had this pain before back when I was a teenager, I wasn't obv running gear but I did do it using weights! With my knee astride the bench doing dumbell rows, I managed to twist my testicle and the tube that attaches to it at the top and kind of behind. Whenever I moved anywhere it felt as if I had been knee'd in the balls and absolutely killed. I went and got it checked at the docs and wondered what I had been so worried about afterwards when I realised it was no big deal at all having a bloke check your balls to make sure you don't have cancer and therefore won't die! lol Go to see him!! Other than that it healed itself and the pain took several months to go - it was bloody awful at the time though, very painful Lol

Legitimate pain in ones testicle especially without a definite accident or known injury is always cause to seek a medical professional. Be a man, bite the bullet , and see what is truly going on. After all it could simply be your underwear as you state. In the off chance it is something else you will certainly be happy you went when you did have not procrastinated.

I had a cyst on my left testicle I first noticed when I as 27 yr old. I monitored it and it never changed could have been something else as my left testicle would turn sideways in my sac almost every time I ever played basketball and kind of had to use my hand to turn it back straight. My grandfather had testicular cancer at age 33 which had me worried. Never went to the Dr. probably should have. You are young enough to get testicular cancer as you are younger 36 years old. Probably should go get checked out
